位置離車站不遠, 酒店外面有便利店好方便, 酒店有點舊但乾淨,水煲要更換啦, 出外面買很方便, 酒店也有自動售賣機, 服務員很和藹很樂意協助, 給個讚。浴室水壓有點細, 建議浸溫泉攪掂晒吹乾埋頭髮, 有私人溫泉及大浴場都很好有室內及室外. 仲有基岩浴(好似熱石咁)好舒服, 當晩好好瞓, 私人溫泉只有一間, 基岩浴有5-6個位, 都有預定時間留位給房客享用,唔驚無位. 早餐晚餐都很好, 吃得舒服。

包早餐、晚餐，食物質素&選擇，都算可以。 dinner 還有啤酒、紅酒、日本酒x5 選擇 ，免費任飲。
房間 還可以， 算衛生。 裝修係殘舊少少。我哋可以接受。
包咗 每天訓熱石一小時，家庭獨立房間的露天風呂。 性價比算高。 唔夠喉，仲可以去男女分開的大浴池浸溫泉。（有室內及室外）

在箱根算是性價比很棒的一家温泉酒店了
含雙人晚餐自助 早餐自助
餐食種類豐富 味道也很好
晚餐還有各種酒水
不過建議晚餐一定準時到餐廳用餐
去晚了很多餐食就沒有了也不再補充
房間裏沒有沐浴液跟洗髮水
可以跟前台索取
房間的抽屜裏有一次性毛巾提供
可以帶去-1樓的温泉使用
同時抽屜裏也有浴衣提供
酒店一樓大廳入口處也有木屐提供
前台的服務挺好的
我們要打車 用翻譯軟件溝通幫我們叫了車
但是老舊也是他的問題
走廊地毯散發潮濕的氣味
房間部分設備老舊
衞生間特別特別小
我跟朋友在裏面都轉不開身
上廁所跟洗澡都很困難

地理位置優越，衞生乾淨整潔，餐食合口，冰水、開水都有，温泉水質好，就是房間裏沒有無線網。

是傳統的日式酒店，great onsen！服務員都很熱情，尤其是前台的大叔和餐廳的一位大姐，會主動用非常有限的中文打招呼，還是讓人蠻意外和開心的。房間就是傳統的日式房間，還算是安靜的

有接駁車服務在箱根湯本車站打電話雖然語言不通還是立馬就來，不到五分鐘的車程就到飯店了。退房的時候， 也是馬上跟櫃檯說明馬上就送我們到車站； 這個服務態度真的好.
這次訂的是日式榻榻米的房間， 房間應該有些年紀了， 比較舊； 訂的是一駁二食的產品-晚餐是自助式的 很豐盛 但是因為飯店規模不大； 所以還是飯店通知吃飯的時候要馬上就可以去餐廳（很多菜色都是吃完不補）早餐也是 就是盡量準時依照飯店的行程吃飯的概念！
飯店有大浴湯… 睡前和清晨泡湯真的很棒的.
走路約五分鐘有711也是方便的.

見た目はこじんまりとしているが、 岩盤浴〔有料〕とご飯が最高でした！ 個人的に沢山人が居るのが苦手なので 今度は連泊してのんびり観光したいと思いました。
