The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel because we were exhibitors at the Munich Fair. For 5 nights we paid a small asset. The receptionists were so unfriendly and helpless, we have never experienced it and we travel a lot. A pleasure/Thanks is not present at the Rezi or at breakfast staff. Because of dubious Corona excuses, they didn't want to clean our rooms. We should talk to the hotel manager if we wanted to clean our rooms. The rooms were then ”purified” so that only the ceiling was thrown over the bed and the towels were exchanged. However, they gave us only one towel instead of two towels. The rooms were also old-fashioned and tastelessly furnished. After I always took a cup of tea on the room at night, there was a empty tea hairbag on the table every day. Nobody left the hotel for three days, It was taken only when I put the three cups in the middle of the hall in front of the room. On the first day we eat in our hotel restaurant, with the food being served delightlessly and cruelly. On the second day I went to the reception to ask for a restaurant recommendation outside the hotel, where the receptionist answered: I know no restaurant in the area except our hotel. Although there are zig restaurants around the hotel. All in all is a conception. We were really happy when we finally could leave.

We are a couple, spent one night in an apartment room. Absolutely staisfied with the hotel. Room was quiet, clean, well equipped, nice, modern furnished. Only the internal mirror-window on the bathroom was a bit strange for us 😄 but caused funny moments. Safe is big enough for a laptop. Parking in the deep garage was extra money, but for us it's worth to keep the car safe. Breakfast was also fine, several salty, sweet things and fruits to choose. Staff was very kind and polite, at the reception and also at breakfast service. Gluten free bread was provided for breakfast for request. We were very happy about this option. Online check in was made before arriving and we just got the key cards at the reception desk. Or you can use your phone as keycard too. We definitely recoomend the hotel!

The room was neat and clean, although not very big, the service was very good, Facilities: It is also quite complete. There is a small restaurant on the first floor. There are various simple Western dishes. The French fries are good. Eat a burger fries drink milk package of 18 euros. Do you think it is expensive?

The rooms are big and stunned, 3 times more than the average room. There is a sofa and there is a min kitchen. The restaurant is good around. Basically impeccable. Is the location is relatively biased, from the Reim and U2 subway station, walking 20 minutes, or transfer to the bus. There is also a supermarket within a 10-minute walk.
