I used it with a breakfast only plan this time. Breakfast is served in a private room dedicated to meals, but this room is also nice. One of the best service i ever experienced in my life. We were having difficulty trying out the famous yakitori in this town (FYI, you would need to make reservation in advance which we were not aware of), as such we went to check with the receptionist at the front desk at around 11pm on the last night of our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried her best to assist us to call multiple yakitori shops nearby and recommended us the one just opposite our hotel. We placed our order (for take out orders to our hotel) with the yakitori shop that was recommended by the receptionist but unfortunately, we did not collect our order in full as we did not check our orders collected and realized that we missed out on a few items after collecting the orders to our hotel rooms. To our surprise, our order that was not collected was delivered to our doorstep by the receptionist lady. The service experienced was beyond our expectation. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Kurume City. The rooms are very clean and not particularly large, but they are more than enough for a night's sleep on a business trip. If that doesn't work, there is a paid parking lot, but there is a car park nearby that charges a maximum of 500 yen for 24 hours after entry, which is helpful.
