The hotel is above a market on the outskirts of Stockholm. The area is industrial which is why I only gave 4/5 . The staff at the hotel were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and hot chocolate and coffee was available all day. The rooms were comfy and warm. Although the area is industrial there is very good travel connection to the centre of Stockholm ten minutes walk away

The staff was very friendly, and exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I won't complain about the size of the room, since for the price it was fine, but I wasn't a fan of the dimensions. It was awkwardly narrow. Though if you're not traveling with a lot of bags like I was, that will likely be less of an issue. Otherwise very comfortable.

The hotel is in the middle of a warehouse-area, so it looks rather off.
First thing they did at check-in was take a copy of your ID card, been a long time since that happened in Sweden.
AC in the room was either disconnected or broken, it was hot and not much other ventilation going on.
There was an old refrigerator in the room, the kind you have in an apartment and not in a hotel room.
Breakfast was decent but they did not keep everything cool so a lot of the meats were at room temperature, no idea how long they had been sitting.
If you just need a place to crash it work, they offer free parking and that is a good bonus. Would not recommend for a vacation.

Stayed for a business trip and it was adequate in all requirements - cleanliness, comfort, distance from metro station, helpfulness of staff and breakfast.

Great. Not a lot to say really, was clean and comfy. Just what you need when you are out with a group of friends for the weekend. A little bit far away from the city if your worried about taxis or public transport but we had some locals showing us around.. All good thanks.

I booked the Brunnby for the convenience of its location in regards to what I was in Stockholm for. Upon arrival a door bell system is in place to enter the building which at the time didn’t feel to problematic. The front of desk staff had a “I’m just happy to be working” vibe but did answer all my questions that I had. My room was clean and exactly like the pictures show, but the only annoyance I had with it was the air con unit was broken. I did not decide to approach the front desk about it as I was in Sweden in January so a slightly hot room was not to terrible to return to. Back to the problematic door bell system, yes the front desk had a 24/7 system in place but when it’s -8C outside and it takes them a few minutes to open the door I was pleased my room was going to be slightly warmer than normal. A room key front door entry would be a better option in my personal opinion.

This hotel was not luxourious by any means but the room, though small and basic, was perfectly clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and the breakfast was much nicer than I expected it would be.
The staff even bought me some cake from their own bakery and it was delicious. Took some away to eat at work later.
The downside was the area. Very close to the centre with good links but not a holiday destination. This felt like a truck stop area, very industrial with a lot of parked lorries all around. It took me a while to find and I did not feel that comfortable walking there in the dark on my own (arrived around midnight). However, as an overnight stop, with a very good price and close to an array of good transport links, I would definitely stay there again.
