Hey… Though I’m posting it really late but I have no words to describe the services we got. We have planned in the beginning of our trip three days then we extended for another five days eight days were irreplaceable the staff, the chef, the girl named Sapna next to the pool who was serving food was also very nice and calm, I don’t remember all the names but Sapna, Sadhna, security staff on duty was also pretty much cooperative Chef Sainath they all have been so kind, can’t describe how fast their team works from in all the possible ways, we were surprise to see that how everything could be so perfect all the staff from reception team working under ***ager, fantastic services worth paying for Fairfield by Marriott. Writing this after a guilt that i was not able to rate there services and hard work on time which was truly impeccable. Thanks team marriot

Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Beautiful property and perhaps one of the biggest Fairfield property. The service was professional and the room was cozy with all basic amenities. Beach is just a few hundred meters away though it’s not a private beach. Overall a wonderful place, most important for me was that it was not located in a crowded area. Breakfast buffet can improve.

Have just returned from the most wonderful 14 night break. The staff are all fantastic with a special mention to Basanta, Kartik and Bunty but all staff couldn’t do enough for you and we’re always smiling. I celebrated my 40th and staff went out of their way to make it one of the most special days I’ve had. All other guests and residents are friendly and it gives the hotel a lovely feel. Hotel grounds are clean and well looked after. I used the gym and it’s adequate to meet holiday needs. Pool is ample size and you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere as it’s so relaxing. However, plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Rooms are big with plenty of space and are spotless. Cleaning never took long but the room was always immaculate and the towel animals on the bed always made me smile. We can’t wait to return

Very peaceful location, near to Baga beach on the backwaters. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are quite cosy with a outside balcony. The river facing rooms on the 1st floor are having a better view. Breakfast and dinners were quite good. Restaurant staff is very friendly. Special mention of Yogesh who took absolute care of us and checked what we need. He is an asset to the hotel.
