Palms Hotel Trinidad

The rooms were not sound proof enough to not hear the connecting room activity by other guests and also the surrounding area outdoor as there was a lot of loud music to be heard emanating from outside.

Great staff as always. Was surprise at the new extension with bar, restaurant and pool as I had not been there since 2019.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel, It was a very good stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the staff were very friendly and answered every question we had. However, the prices for lunch was very expensive. We could have gotten the same lunch for a much cheaper price at an outside restaurant. But besides the prices for food, everything else was very nice and i would recommend the hotel.

Found mold in the bathroom and the wifi was terrible. The cable was horrendous. No water was provided. The staff were very nice though. For the price, there should have been more or better amenities.

My experience staying at Palm was pretty decent to be honest. I wish the room had more amenities though. The wall unit air conditioner was heaven though, LOL! However, the front desk staff and the manager were very patient, courteous and professional dealing with my transaction. I reserved my room on Palm’s website overseas before coming to Trinidad and there was a miscommunication on my end. I was very impressed how the staff and hotel manager handled my situation. Thank you again for taking of both my mother and I.

Palms Hotel Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this does nit bring the hotel down
