We booked into this hotel for one night. We waited for the crossing to the island of El Hierro the next day. In advance we compared the prices with the hotels in Los Cristianos. The decision to plan an overnight stay here was exactly right: the hotel is very quietly located in a small cul-de-sac, starting from a quiet side street. Everything was clean, our room was very comfortable. The reception was also very friendly. In the morning there was a small buffet. It was served on small plates, so that fresh cheese, fresh fruit and fresh sausages were always available from the counter. Since it is a small hotel, the breakfast atmosphere was very cozy. There was fresh coffee in the morning... freshly brewed. The hotel is located away from the tourist area, 10 minutes by car directly to the beach and port of Los Cristianos. In the evening in the nearby small café near the sports field, we immersed ourselves in the village culture of the ”islanders”. The prices in the small restaurant (there are a few nearby, 5-7 mins walk) are significantly cheaper than in Los Cristianos (big portions for €10). In any case, you can sleep well and peacefully in a very good hotel.

One of best places that I have been. Not because of quality or fancy things but the way people make u feel. The staff are great, make you feel like you are at home. There a huge kitchen with everything that you can use to cook. That's a garden where you can stay talk and enjoy company if others. The beds doesn't look very confortable but I slept like a baby. We stay in a 5 beds room and that was the best option.

La parada queda cerca de la autopista, deberán caminar en dirección a las casas del pueblo y tomar la segunda rotonda a la izquierda. Se encuentran un aljibe o tanque enfrente, caminan hacia la derecha y siguen la calle haciendo Zig Zag, en el cruce ven la casa roja de la derecha, ya han llegado.Hay que subir escaleras, la vivienda está en un primer piso. Just back yesterday after a week here. I’ll give an honest view here because it’s important to be factual in these reviews. We stayed in room 408. Firstly it’s a building site right now but that’s ok, they are improving the place. • 2 bed apt was €2013 for the week and definitely overpriced at that. •The shower Kept blocking after every use and the water would flow out into the kitchen area. They were very slow to come and sort the problem but even after that it kept happening. • The door of the apartment kept opening in the wind. You couldn’t lock it from the inside. • the lack of staff here was incredible. There was one person in reception, that’s it. • there was no security in the place. The ease for anyone to walk in was just incredible. It should be key card entrance. • there were people openly dealing and taking drugs on the steps of the entrance here. The cleaners moved them on several times which is crazy. But to be fair and balanced the location was good and the apartment was spacious and beds comfortable. So the issues above can be addressed. Would I return. Probably not. But that’s more to do with las Americas as a resort rather than the apartments. There is no police presence on the streets and the availability of drugs was everywhere and they were in your face trying to sell them to you. Maybe I’m just getting old at 52.
