We stayed at the hotel for one night to attend the Suzan & Freek concert. What a wonderful experience it was! Top-notch service and a really warm welcome, complete with a handwritten note on the bed for my daughter. A small gesture with a big impact. All the hotel staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, which gives a very homely feel. Breakfast was also excellent! We can also recommend the location; it's conveniently central, right opposite the station and close to the city center. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful hotel! I stayed here with my 8-year-old daughter for a concert and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We arrived early just to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, we were able to check in at 1 PM instead of the usual 3 PM. That was really well-managed and immediately gave us a relaxed start to our stay. The room was neat and comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was extensive and very tasty. Lots of choices and everything fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended if you're planning a weekend in Arnhem!

Having stayed in the Netherlands many times over the years, it’s easy to say this was by far my favourite stay - wonderful hotel, perfect location in Arnhem and great food and service - Highly recommended

Hotel location is good as it is near the train station and the size of the room is ok. However, the service of the hotel is one of the worst I have ever encountered. They delay the check-in time as the time for housekeeping of the room overrun. The reception take it for granted for everyone to wait at the lobby for the room to be ready although it has past the check-in time at 3pm. The housekeeping is not done well too, they do not re-fill the soap provided in the room and not even after a few days. I will need to remove the bottle and write a note for them to do what is necessary. The reception is only there to do what is necessary and they will just brush you off if you have any other request. Even on the last day when I check out of the hotel, the reception did not check that the hotel has already been paid through trip.com and charged the room into my card with informing me. After I realize the extra charges, I called the hotel and the only answer given is to email them and did not even bother to check the details during the call. After email and a few calls, there is still not response on the double charges. It was only resolved after contacting trip.com. Overall bad service, bad attitude from the employee.
