We liked everything, unfortunately what left something to be desired was the breakfast. Things were missing, I had to keep asking for them to be replaced, some things had a bad taste and were spoiled.

Bad room! Mattress with a hole, there were two mattresses that came together so you could feel the junction in the middle, super weak air conditioning.
Swimming pool is not maintained, sand at the bottom and the worst: loose TILES with major cutting risks. Jacuzzi stinks of urine and is extremely hot, potentially causing burns.
Very basic breakfast and if you don't go early, you'll miss out on some food.
Bad parking for those arriving at night because it takes them a while to open the gate while you wait on the deserted street.
Employees take lunch together and the reception is empty. I spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to show up and nothing! I had to interrupt their lunch so I could get the key.
Room service doesn't change towels, I asked for them to be changed at night and they told me that it would only be the next day, that is, they don't change them and you still have to keep them wet until the next day.

Pousada tranquila, muito perto da praia de Geribá, e, próxima do Porto da Barra. Quarto espaçoso (suíte 08), limpo, silencioso, mas carecido de um carinho nas paredes. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã bem servido. Piscina, sauna e hidromassagem bem cuidados. Estacionamento amplo Pra melhorar, a cozinha poderia disponibilizar lanches e, até mesmo, refeições rápidas

Estuvimos una semana y nos sentimos como en casa. El personal es muy atento y pudo satisfacer todos nuestros requerimientos. Piscina, tina con hidromasaje y sauna, se encuentra en la parte exterior,buenas instalaciones. Posee estacionamientos y un lindo Jardín. Vuelvo.

Pousada do terror,suja,cozinha imunda,sem água quente durante 3 dias na minha estada,funcionários que fedem, despreparados, café da manhã montado em cozinha sem higiene.Tv não funciona,jacuzzi não esquenta,áreas comuns sem limpeza, lixo sem trocar,presunto estragado.Chuveiro sem água quente, gerente não consegui ver a disponibilidade de troca de quartos.( Não entendia do propio sistema da pousada no pc )Camareiras escutando música funky ,certaneja mentras faxinabam . Ímpossível descansar nesse barulho. Recepcionista só queria saber de vender passeios pela comissão. No café formigas andando pela mesa, funcionárias mexiam sem luvas nos alimentos, a cozinha ficaba aberta e vimos fazer sucos com água de torneira. IMPRESSENTAVEIS, POUSADA HORROROSA SEM HIGIENE , SEM PROFISSIONAIS CAPACITADOS ESTRUTURA RUIM. NÂO RECOMENDARIA JAMAS.
