Prima appartement. Nauwelijks voorzieningen in de keuken. Pannen passen niet op het fornuis, geen keukenmes, geen glaswerk, geen snijplank om zo een paar voorbeelden te geven. Leuke uitvalsbasis voor Syracuse en omgeving. Als je uit wil eten prima om te doen. Ontbijt is karig en Italiaans (veel zoet). Zwembad erg lekker, vlak bij het strand.

We stayed 3 days in this structure with reservation through an agency. The structure is very far from both the center and the beach, unfortunately we felt the smell of mold and stuffy until we left, the kitchen was falling apart, the shower was dirty and peeling and badly maintained. Housekeeping non existent. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Breakfast almost always with very little choice for 2 days we found a slice of cake and 4 briose and there were only 6 of us, the products were not very good, at least those one expects in these places to be good, the cappuccino was coffee with milk and made with long-life milk. The holiday continues let's hope that the next one will be better

We have been coming here for 3 years and I must say that the structure is very interesting. Near Ortigia, a few meters from the sea and with a swimming pool and very beautiful greenery. We had a good time, even if there are always some inconveniences in general management, for example when the customer arrives because it is unthinkable to have the room not cleaned up and the bar service. Instead, the breakfast is very good and the restaurant is not bad either. We will definitely be back, sure to always find improvements to enhance the structure even more.

The title tells of a structure potentially suited to the declaimed 4 stars. The reality speaks of a badly cared for and worse managed structure. I confirm what the previous reviewers complained about the poor and poorly maintained breakfast, with bees attacking all the food, without a cloche or a retina, often insufficient for all guests. I happened to open two burretti both with mold. The poorly maintained room, with dated and run-down furniture, only one television and the kitchen devoid of any elementary furnishings. At least find two glasses to be able to drink! The bathroom with the handle with the screws coming from the lodgings and without a key that took away any minimum privacy, the towels placed on a perch where only a basketball player could reach, electric plates outside the wall, cobwebs and dirt everywhere. Poor management of cleaning and towel change. Not to mention the small terrace where it was impossible to sit due to dirt, including a rusty drying rack, which ruined my swimsuit which unfortunately I had put out to dry. If we then add the use of the pool space for private parties, which lasted until late at night with music and shouts that certainly did not help the rest of the guests who had rooms overlooking the pool, topped off with an indecorous show of drunk people throwing themselves into the pool with attached *****tease, and we also add the owners among the guests, we have partly told of the pitiful conditions in which the swimming pool was presented the next day. Indecent. Not very decisive, but the good will to be rewarded, the intervention of the maintainers Sebastiano and Michele and of the lifeguard Ernesto even if, in an attempt to change the water, they left us without water in the room all morning. We booked seven x two nights in this very pretty location. The well-kept gardens. The rooms are nice but they need a deep cleaning as well as maintenance. We found hair everywhere from previous guests. Daily cleaning is reduced to pulling the sheets and leaving clean towels. (one of our cotton buds remained on the sink until our check out) not to mention the restaurant where we found the staff totally unavailable to customer needs, indeed on many occasions almost arrogant. Rules for everyone You could not enjoy the coffee outside but inside the restaurant without air conditioning where inside it was invaded by bees .. Ultimately they did not make us feel on holiday I would only give one star to a place like this. I do not recommend this place P yes the cannoli nn above all

We stayed 5 nights. The accommodation is good with a separate bedroom for adults which is nice. The bathroom could do with a little updating but it is very adequate. Breakfast is good just a lack of fruit and French bread and brioche. The restaurant is very good. The least is the French translation, especially since there are a lot of them. What we regret is the aperitif before eating at the restaurant, having it at the foot of the swimming pool. Cleaning was carried out every day with a change of towels. Residence worthy of a 4 star.

We stayed 11 days in this residence. Excellent location to visit, excellent restaurant, a special thanks to Salvo, nice, kind and professional. The cleaning in the rooms is poor and the taps and hob should be revised. Overall a good residence but not a 4 star !!
