SpringHill Suites St. Paul Arden Hills

Big Room with lots of comfort. Mattress was extremely comfortable and pillows were lux. We use the pool. It was clean. Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues. Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked. Nice choices at breakfast.

We were extremely pleased with the facility as well as the very helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

I’ve come to expect a superior experience via Bon Voy and Springfield Suites often provides the expected level of property and service. This Arden Hills hotel did meet/exceed that level…very satisfied. And local shopping and restaurants within 1-2 minute drive, I found useful and helpful

Was nice until the fire alarm went off at 5am no staff to tell us what was going on until the actual fire department said it was safe to return, we were so frustrated

The room was nice although I was in a sort of corner with a smaller window and the lights were dim. As an older person maybe my eyes need more light. I wished there been more options. The staff were all great. If I’m in that area again I’ll stay there.

Breakfast was not good with little to no options & fake rubbery eggs, otherwise - it was a perfect dry.

Tawnda the front desk clerk provided us excellent service. We had left an item in the room and she went above and beyond to get it back for us.

Very clean room and staff was nice. Easy parking. Was very quiet with even all the people staying there. Usually hotel you can hear people walking and talking but this one was very quiet. Would likely stay again!
