They told us to wait 5 minutes because the water would be back, but instead kept a lady waiting outside ubder the sun for over 20 minutes without any explanation. In the end, reception just said sorry, there was no water."

Everyone is welcoming and always smiling. Everything about the resort is wonderful... A big thank you to employees Walid and Emad for their excellent and truly outstanding service. Just a small note: I hope bidets (shattafs) can be provided in the bathrooms."

I also want to give a massive shout-out to the entire staff Ms. Marah, Mr Ahmad, and all the others. The team is exceptional! Everyone was professional, warm, and highly attentive. No matter what I needed, they were on top of it immediately. The service was flawless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the care we received was top-tier. "The April Hotel was a real lucky find for me. The building and rooms are brand new and very modern. I especially liked the stylish, comfortable chairs and the overall room design, along with the well thought out lighting system and high quality shower fittings. Everything was spotless, a standard you don’t even find in many five star hotels. The view is a real highlight. Even from the 4th floor you get a great view of the Red Sea, and breakfast and dinner on the 7th floor take it to another level. The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance, and there are convenient parking options if you have a rental car. The connection to the beach club at the southern sandy beaches is well organized with shuttle services and takes about 15 minutes. The service was consistently friendly and efficient, laundry was done within 2 hours. I would especially like to highlight the hotel professional Noor, who truly goes the extra mile with outstanding service and helpful advice. Conclusion: Excellent value for money, one of the better four star hotels. It’s a pity I could only stay for two nights."

"The best experience in Jordan as I arrived here in very a stressed condition having been assaulted at another camp (Sunset Colourful Camp) Ahmad calmly assured me I was safe and protected at this beautiful Camp. The domes, the dining the cafe the hiking and Jeep Tour so perfect. I will NEVER forget their kindness in making sure I felt safe and cared for. They would accept no payment! "We stayed in a martian dome room which had everything needed for a perfect stay, toiletries, AC, plenty of beautifully soft towels, water, fridge. Iron and hairdryer could be provided upon request. Pros: The resort itself is absolutely stunning with exceptional facilities, including gym, pool and various activities such as darts, archery, pool table. There is also a viewing rooftop which can be accessed for beautiful views and stargazing. We visited during what seemed to be off-peak as there were only 6 others in the whole resort so staff were extremely attentive and even organised balloons and homemade cakes for my birthday. This was a lovely touch. A welcome drink of tea and water and a cold towel was provided on arrival. Dinner and breakfast are included within the price. Dinner was great quality and tasty. Everything seemed fresh and in particular, the staff took special care knowing that I was vegetarian. We understood that usually the breakfast would also be a buffet however as there were only a few of us within the resort - staff prepared a traditional Jordanian spread including various dips, olives, bread, eggs etc. Transfers from Wadi Rum visitors centre is included within the price, via Jeep car. Cons: There was a sewage-like smell in the bathroom. However, we understand that plumbing may not be easy in the middle of the desert. This did not ruin our trip! For a luxury resort (and therefore high priced stay), we would have expected for coffee at breakfast to be included within the price paid."

"The location was amazingly beautiful. The staff were so friendly and attentive, they helped me book all my drivers for my entire Jordan trip and the food was fantastic. The room was so nice, big and spacious. Expect sounds during the night of strong winds, wood pavement cracking ( going from hot cold) that sounds like footsteps and animal sounds but this had nothing to do with the hotel and would happen anywhere. I reccomend this hotel and I will be going back."

"Abdullah and his team are fantastic hosts. They are warm, friendly and professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at their dive centre. The rooms and clean and cool, and we enjoyed the pool area. The real highlight is the diving, which is absolutely outstanding. Our divemasters/instructors were professional and experienced, and the centre clearly prioritises safety. The sites are truly beautiful - not to be missed. Highly recommended to any divers and snorkelers!"
