Yesterday my husband and I married there a wonderful place that is made magical by people working and putting soul and heart and especially passion in what they do making every moment unforgettable.Carlo Francesco and all the staff are they are the true angels who, by their professional but pure way, make every moment unforgettable It's great to eat super place but especially their staff from the kitchen room to all those who work on it. Hotel is in forest area 25 km from center of Rome and having many rooms (around 60 ). We liked the space they have outside-taking fresh air and walk around. Rooms are comfort and normal space as needed. Personnel were very friendly and helping for anything needed ,Sabrina &Annalisa served us. Breakfast is typically italian ( sweety dishes) only cheese&ham is salty. Be careful if you ask for other things you could be charged(i.e eggs ). Ask well before ordering. Price of the room in respect to distance from Rome is ok, 120 eur for triple. Take a visit to lake Albano, 10 min close to the hotel

All perfect from arrival to departure ... perfect rooms .... abbondant breakfast ..... friendly and competent receptionists. Twenty minutes short of car you are at the Euro Metro station and you are right away at the Colosseum ....... I'll come back!!

By far the best hotel experience I have had in Pomezia. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the food is excellent and the availability of a shuttle for local business travel is a big plus! One example of the staff dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction is as follows: I am a business traveler and must have internet every evening so I can continue to work even after my daytime hours of work are over. The Hotel's internet provider was having problems re-establishing internet service for 2 days, which was frustrating. While the hotel staff continued to work with their provider to try to resolve this issue, they also initiated locating an area of the hotel which DID have internet and initiated inviting me to move to a different room in a different area of the hotel so that I would have access to the internet to complete my work assignments. I can't thank them enough for this and for the super friendly service and concern shown by the staff in every way. Special thanks to Luciano, Fabio and Maurizio for their friendly interactions. So I say, ”grazie mille”! - Thanks a million!

I stayed one night at Riviera hotel and I was very good. Hotel in central location, 5' walk from the city's main square, Rivuera Zanardelli and the Port Innocentiano, where the choice of the rooms is fantastic. The hotel has a good choice of sugar and salty food. All good cakes and cornets. nice staff. A few meters from the hotel is the Lido de la Dea Fortuna, advised for bathing and restaurant. Advised both places. 👌💥

Ottimo hotel, buona posizione per raggiungere in auto sia il centro che la zona sud di Roma. Ampio parcheggio. Personale cordiale.

Tatty, grubby common areas with dirty carpets and peeling wallpaper. The path down to the lake is too overgrown to get down there. Entrance is through a disused bar then some little rooms with mismatched old furniture to a small lobby area. Man behind the desk seemed surprised to see guests and gave us a key with no explanation as to where the room was or any other information. Room was spacious and clean but very old fashioned - we had a view of the lake which we had to pay 20 euros extra for on top of the 120 euro room rate which was way too high for the standard - it was the most expensive overnight stop of our 5 week tour and was the worst. Small flat pillow each and poor sound insulation which meant we were kept awake until 330 am by an elderly resident's radio. The restaurant was the best part of the stay - it is in a glass area overlooking the lake and is modern and contemporary. The food was amazing - really high standard but was spoilt by the total lack of ambience as we were the only ones dining apart from 2 elderly residents who stayed for a short time. Also the service was glacial. We were the first people in the restaurant and it took 75 mins for our first course and another hour for the other two courses. It is a shame that such a talented chef is working somewhere where he cannot be appreciated. This place could be amazing with its proximity to Rome, its food and position.

I stayed here for 3 nights in August along with a number of others on a language programme! Whilst my room wasn’t the best (air con non existent and no covering on my ground floor bathroom window 😮) the Villa with all its history was a captivating place to stay! The food was great and the pool area was a welcome and refreshing respite from the heat of extremely hot August days! The staff were lovely and very welcoming and special thanks to Julia for her very cheerful disposition! 👍👍
