Although the room was not large, it was comfortable, the air conditioning unit seemed new and worked very well. We asked for another pillow and an additional blanket and staff came to deliver it to the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower, however no washcloths but I believe it is not the Mexican custom to use them. I have to mention that the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a 2 star hotel. Fresh juices (2 choices), yogurt (choice of 2 flavors) with an assortment of nuts, granola, grains and good coffee. As for hot food, there were 4 choices, including scrambled eggs with sausages, hot vegetables, among others. Various types of cereals with milk and an assortment of 'dulces', like biscuits worthy of a pastry to top it all off. The staff is very nice and we had a free shuttle bus to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Really cool.

We have stayed here before. Nice rooms, ok service. But we will NEVER stay here again, the last time we stayed, they sent us to the airport in a taxi that we had to pay when the hotel is supposed to have a shuttle service. Better to book at Best Western, they have a shuttle service and excellent service.

The AC is noisy, room so so cause price also expensive

Nice location and sweet service. There was a room problem with us and Reception provided a good service, the male guy. :)

Very close to the airport, 150 meters walk to the airport. Very poor service, not only did they not upgrade the room for gold card holders, but they had to wait until 2 o'clock to check in. The breakfast was included in the original booking, but it was not displayed in the system, and it took a long time to fix it. The next day, I had to catch a flight and left early, and they said they would pack a breakfast box. Please see the picture, the apples were still rotten.

I loved this hotel, is so clean and excellent service. Breakfast is good, bar has cold beers and the pool is comfortable ☀

The overall feeling is average, breakfast is not delicious.

This hotel is the best for more than ten days on a business trip, especially the breakfast is very rich, the hotel front desk, service staff are warm and thoughtful, now waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport at 1 pm, ready to write the hotel's praise. The hotel is very new, very close to the airport, travel recommended!
