"It’s good to have free parking spaces, but it doesn’t feel very clean and it’s not hygienic. The cups have lipstick marks and the sheets are stained. , but the others will not be too dirty, this price is also very suitable and worth it, if there is a chance, you may also consider staying, only hope that the future health will be cleaned. There is a lemon tree outside."

"Self checkin was easy and simple. No fuss. We arrived a couple hours early. Phoned the Mob No @ unmanned reception desk. Mgr gave us access code to our unit. Lovely cleaning lady arrived to complete finishing touches cleaning our unit but not expecting we had arrived early. No problem at all. Finished off her task.
Our self contained unit no.2 was clean, warm & fresh.
Parking space for our vehicle was great.
Great value for money.
Will definitely recommend staying there.

GGuest UserLike a model set for crime watch. So smoke-infused we walked inside and felt like we’d replaced someone who’d just left after staying inside for 5 years chain smoking darts. Lacking basics like milk, clean dish cloths, dish rack, etc.
The bed linen and towels were clean.

DDATTAThis was a nice little motel not too far from the city centre. The 2 adjoining rooms were very convenient with our son traveling with us. The room had nice kitchen facility with lots of utensils, crockery & cutlery. Very thoughtfully had a nice little washing machine too. It couldn't quite dry our clothes completely but the manager very kindly took them & got them dried in time before our departure. Service was really prompt and excellent. Will highly recommend & would definitely use again.

AAvenJWWe had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect located in the town, making it easy to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet still in a quiet and peaceful area. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable.
The hosts were also amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to offer helpful tips about the area. Their hospitality really made a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserPerfect location for what we needed and great view of the ocean. Reception wasn't in, but it was all prepared for us when I rang the number, so that was very helpful. It's a typical older New Brighton building, so it isn't flash, but we weren't expecting that. The balcony door wouldn't lock, the bath mat was dirty, the toaster wasn't working, but the hardest part was that you could hear people yelling outside - the bedroom window was missing part of the latch so was not very soundproof and the gusty New Brighton wind was whistling loudly through it. All that to say, I'd probably stay again if the price was right as convenience trumps here and prefer over a backpackers when there's kids.
