Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a flat-screen television is provided for your entertainment. "Traveled with my mom and son! ^^ It's a reasonable distance from Hakata Station and Yodobashi Camera, with a convenience store nearby. The GAS restaurant right in front was pretty good, and the unlimited vegetable juice was delicious, haha. The hotel has a self-service system, which is very convenient if you don't have any questions. The room has everything you need: a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, sink, and washing machine, which was great. We didn't use them extensively, but they were very convenient. Oh, and laundry detergent was also provided – such a thoughtful touch! 👍 The TV only had 4 channels, truly a '***** box.' The morning after we arrived in Japan, there was an earthquake alarm while we were eating – the table rattled, which was quite a surprise, haha. Even without knowing Japanese, I understood the earthquake news on TV. We had a comfortable stay. As a side note, due to using the heater, it gets very dry, so a portable humidifier is an absolute must!"

The room's location is excellent, very close to Watanabedori. The room amenities include a microwave, pots, and an induction stove, so you can buy ingredients from a nearby supermarket and cook your own meals. There's plenty of space in the room for multiple suitcases, which is very convenient.

I heard that accommodations in Japan are very small, but Lloyd Hakata is located just 2 to 3 minutes from Exit 5 of Nakasu Kawabata Station! Once you enter the Kawabata shopping street, enter the password provided in the email sent two days before check-in to receive your key; after that, you can use your card. The security was excellent. If you happen to leave while your party is in the room, go through the second door from the bottom, enter your room number in front of the temperature check area, and call them; they will open the door for you and can even press the elevator key for you. I had a great rest in the room during my 3-night, 4-day stay. The scent of the body lotion was especially lovely; I inquired via email, but it was a shame to learn that it isn't a product sold to individuals. That's how good the scent was. There were hangers and fabric slings near the shoe rack, which were also very nice. The shampoo and conditioner were also excellent; even though I have very dry hair, it was easy to comb. There is one long electrical outlet, and I was able to fully spread out three suitcases and use it. There are many great restaurants in the shopping district nearby, and Don Quijote is less than a 5-minute walk away. If I visit Fukuoka again, I think I will stay at Lloyd Hakata again. Oh, toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided, but they are disposable. There were plenty of towels, so we didn't use them all! The hairdryer was fine, and the microwave, induction cooktop, and refrigerator (including freezer) were all great! Also, they said cleaning isn't provided for consecutive nights, but there was a vacuum cleaner in the room. Of course, if you need more towels, you can ask the day before use and get extra for an additional fee!

I have never lived in such a big room in Japan. It belongs to a hotel-style apartment. There is no front desk. It is very convenient to check in by yourself. The facilities are also all available, it should be newly renovated, very new, very close to the Tenjin, very recommended

The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation, shopping, convenience stores, drugstores, and even alcohol. It's surprisingly quiet, with three subway stations within a 1-kilometer radius, the nearest being Watanabe-dori Station just over 300 meters away. While it doesn't offer direct airport access, it's great for weekday outings. Because it's entirely self-service, you'll hardly see any staff from check-in to room cleaning to check-out. If needed, there's a contact pad in the room. The bathroom and toilet are separate, with a washing machine in the bathroom and a clothes drying rack on the balcony; it's advisable to bring your own hangers. The kitchen is basic, but more than enough for cooking your own meals. Overall, we were very satisfied. However, for guests staying longer, like us (8 days), having cleaning tools for floors and toilets would be even better!

The room was incredibly spacious, laid out like a home, and much larger than business hotels at a similar price point, which was super convenient! The toilet and shower were separate and both very new. It's located downtown, making shopping and transportation easily accessible right downstairs. I also loved the thoughtful little design touches near the elevator – very charming.

This is a guesthouse located in an apartment building. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. It's not far from Higashi-Hie subway station, within walking distance. It's also close to the airport, a taxi ride costs less than 2000 JPY. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, so the location is pretty convenient. There are two downsides, though: first, the soundproofing isn't great, and second, cigarette smoke drifts in from other rooms.

It is located about a 15-minute walk from Hakata Station (while dragging a suitcase). It was great that it is within a 10-minute walk if you are not carrying luggage. With Canal City and famous attractions like Ichiran Ramen less than 5 minutes away, it was a great location even for a short trip. The room was spacious, featuring two large beds and one large sofa bed. It was fully equipped with kitchen facilities, and the bathroom was large and clean. The view of the Nazca River was really nice. It was raining and I didn't have much time, so I couldn't do any walking tours nearby, but Sumiyoshi Shrine was right next door, so I enjoyed taking a walk there. It felt more like an Airbnb room than a hotel, and it was the most spacious and clean hotel I stayed in during my trip to Japan. The closet and storage were spacious, and with two air conditioners, the cooling worked well. Anyway, it was a comfortable and highly satisfying hotel in every aspect. We exchanged the front door and room passwords via phone and message, and it was very convenient that instructions were displayed in Korean on the tablet above the vanity. I definitely plan to stay here again the next time I go to Fukuoka. It is actually more spacious and cleaner than the photos. I have highly recommended it to my friends as well~~ haha. (I took these photos midway through, so I'm uploading some unorganized shots~ lol)

I was looking for accommodation with a view of the Nakasu River that could accommodate 6 people, and I stayed here because the price was reasonable. I was a little worried because it was a self-check-in system, but once the entrance password was entered and we went inside, staff members who spoke Korean processed the check-in via video call from a computer. That was the best part (they were friendly). I had requested a high floor, so it was a bit disappointing that we were assigned to the first floor, but we had a decent two-night stay.

Self check-in was straightforward & easy. Just make sure pre-check in is done, take note of 3 codes : door access (emailed, gets you into the building), check in code (emailed, required to complete check in at terminal) & unit access code (once check in complete). Do snap a photo of your unit no in case u forget. The unit is per photos & impeccably clean. Even tho the building is not new, internal furnishings including appliances looked brand new. With a window & balcony, air circulation was excellent. Only wish it was hard flooring (easier to clean) instead of carpet & dustbins didnt take up so much space. Could have used the space for a small dining table. Unit is very well equipped, ample towels, kitchenware & bed linen. Location is perfect, within walking distance to multiple subway stations, Hakata rail station, and several malls & supermarkets. This building is just next to a shrine & cemetery if you mind. Personally, I find it ok as it appeared quite common. Even though unit is not big but everything is just nice for 1 person including the bed (1 instead of 2). Environment is quiet & peaceful, I've enjoyed my stay here like a home away from home.

After reading the reviews, I brought my own Quickle Wiper to clean the place. I was pretty shocked to find the futon in the loft was dirty, just as others had mentioned. I ended up using a less dirty futon just to get some sleep. The access is really good, so I guess you might overlook the cleanliness if the price is right, but I definitely won't be staying here again.
