This apartment is sooooo good! I’ve had been to such great place! We spent a wonderful night there!
It’s very very new, where everything in the room is very high-tech. The curtain for the window will be automatically opened and closed to keep the room cool, as well as saving electricity etc… and they even have a dish washing machine! It’s so professional!
The room is cozy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom smells good. Everything is flawless. AND the main point is the price is very low!!!
Therefore, I’ll highly recommend this to all of you.

The apartments are two floors and have a small balcony in the upper floor – ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen was very well equipped and did not leave any wishes open. Better: The quiet location in the 5th floor in the indoor courtyard provides a pleasant atmosphere and a lot of privacy.

Апартаменты в тихом районе. От метро пешком 7-10 минут. Новый дом, доступ по бесконтактным ключам. У нас была огромная терраса на 6-ом этаже. Из продуктов ничего не было. Пришлось покупать соль, сахар и растительное масло. Надеюсь останется следующим жильцам.
Рядом два магазина: Spar и Lidl, плюс мелкие магазинчики. За углом есть булочная. Рядом ТЦ Crown Plaza.

The location is right in the center and very convenient. The house for us is 1 storey, very dark, cold, not very ventilated, the sun is shining outside, some people wear short sleeves, and we have to wear down jackets in our house. The air conditioner charges 10 euros a night, and the small air conditioner is only in the living room, and it is impossible to get to the inner room. The service is really speechless, the booked triple room, a double bed and a sofa bed, the double bed is normal, the list on the sofa bed is new, the quilt is the one that comes out of the cupboard, and at first glance it is not a clean quilt and The pillowcases were asked to replace them. They said they were new. Finally, they let them smell. The taste is the kind of taste that has not been changed for a long time. It is also new, and it is very speechless. In the end, I have to lose my temper. The tone of the two sides is already very bad, and I will give it a set.

It was a hotel that I would like to stay again.
The size of the room is very large and there is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. It was about 1 minute from the tram station and the supermarket was about 6 minutes on foot and access was very good.
There was a little water around, and there was a part that was easy to leak or clogged, but there was no problem.

My husband and I are both sensitive to sound, so we stayed here after two days. I would like to make a suggestion. The hotel only gave two bottles of water on the first day. No matter how many days you stay, today, the water bottle was thrown away when I returned to the room. The cleaner asked for it at the door. Then the supervisor came up to give me a popular science. Well, it’s not necessary to do this. I’m an old customer, and I’m embarrassed for two bottles of water. I always emphasize that you can go to the lobby to get water with empty bottles after drinking, but the cleaning lady will accidentally throw away the empty bottles. This... I bought water myself, but it was thrown away several times. I can understand that she didn’t throw it away in case the guest said she didn’t clean it. But it’s also tiring to go to the supermarket to buy water, and don’t you want to be environmentally friendly? Then can’t you leave a bottle for me? Otherwise, at least put water every two days or suggest that the auntie who stays longer only collects empty bottles in the trash can, otherwise it goes against your good intention of environmental protection, right? Others are quite satisfactory.

YYijinThe facilities in this room are very new and clean, the room is large, all the kitchen utensils in the kitchen are very clean, the refrigerator is large, and there are basic seasonings.
The location of the room is particularly excellent, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the Capitol, Ferris wheel and other attractions! JJoe0412Excellent stay overall. Incredibly clean and comfortable, this would be a good option for a long stay in BP.
Kitchen is fully stocked with equipment. Shower and bathroom clean and functional. Washing machine is a nice touch.
Wifi was fast and reliable. I checked in online, then recieved the door codes on the day (after 3pm). Door is unlocked via a Bluetooth app on your phone.
Some negatives, the pillows were uncomfortable and they need an extra socket near the bed. Also the check in procedure wouldn't be good for technophobes.
Lots of restaurants nearby and the tram and busses are close.

ZZoran CrnobrnjaUpon arriving we had trouble with parking as we were not given parking space as per our booking. We had to park by the roadside and copped a fine. It was also problematic using the code to enter the building. We were lucky we had help from other residents to get in. Apartment itself is well presented. Clean and comes with coffee machine, dish washer and washing g machine which I am happy with.

AAnonymous UserSandor is such a great and helpful host! The check-in process might be a little confusing for first-time travellers in Budapest—especially if you arrive after dark—so I highly recommend checking in during daylight hours. That said, Sandor is very responsive and available online to guide you if needed.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a Muslim traveller, it was such a gem to find a halal Turkish eatery nearby—huge bonus!
The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from Astoria M station. It felt safe, even at 3:00am when I was out waiting for the 100E airport bus. Lots of people around, and the area is lively but not overwhelming.

The check in and out process was difficult because the instructions were contradictory, some instructions indicated the use of app and virtual key and other through real key and case. The check out is too early. 10:00h. 12:00h is the usual time for checkout.

After arriving, the communication of the apartment service staff was also clear and concise. I was a little nervous before checking in, but the result exceeded expectations.
About the room: The room type is good and spacious, the facilities are complete and the price is reasonable.
Geographical location: Budapest's seventh district, not far away on foot; you can reach all the famous check-in spots on the Danube.
There is a breakfast shop downstairs in the apartment, which is one of the few open at 8 am (usually 9 am).
About smoking: Smoking is prohibited on all floors and fines are strict. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and all residents who see it comply! This shows that the management is also very good, give a thumbs up to the business 👍

AAbbeyLocated centrally within a short walk to a number of good bars, restaurants and cafes however it can get noisy until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was compact but big enough for 2 people however the bed was a very small queen. There was only 1 coffee capsule for 2 people staying and although there were lots of electrical sockets, they were all for European plugs and not one had a USB connection which would be far more useful for most travellers. The bathroom mirror was laughable - I’m 5ft 2” and could just see the top of my head in it!
Instructions to gain entry were emailed on check-in day, which also included downloading an app. This would’ve been useful to know prior to travelling.
