YYALANPenthouse suite, the room is very big, there are two small outdoor terraces for a nap! Eating downstairs is very convenient. There is a taxi stop 30 meters to the right of going out, and there is also a supermarket! The staff is very welcoming and the service is very good! ps: No slippers, toothbrushes!

The location is perfect, the Royal Palace is right next to it, and the core attractions are within a 10-minute walk, which is very suitable for wandering around Seville! If it is too hot at noon, you can go back to the hotel to rest ~ It feels like the attractions are in the hotel resort ~ There are also many delicious restaurants nearby!
The room is a suite ~ It is very large and clean ~ It feels like it can accommodate three or four people, the kitchen utensils are also complete, there is a free minibar and fruit, and even slippers! The room is also very clean every day, and drinks and daily necessities are replenished in time. This price is really cost-effective!

GGuest UserSatisfactory accommodation, the location is very good, in the center of the old city, just a short distance from the palace and cathedral, within walking distance, very convenient; and the apartment is quiet in the middle of the noise, there is no noise at all when the door is closed. The staff would like to give special praise and thanks. We needed to go to another place to check in, but the nice lady learned that we had arrived at the apartment with our luggage, so she ran over to deliver the keys in person and helped us check in. She was very enthusiastic Give us maps and highlight famous places. The apartment is good in all aspects, but some facilities are slightly outdated.

HH MatthiasBest place we stayed at in Spain. Check in information sent to email on the day itself, you'll have to check in at the adjacent Honest Hotel San Pedro. Lovely staff who offered coffee, sat us down and gave recommendations around the area. She could also be reached via Whatsapp if you have any questions. Beautiful place, clean and tasteful rooms with coffee machine, fully-equipped kitchen, large fridge, and microwave. Walking distance to everything. Just watch out for the gypsy scammers surrounding cathedrals in the morning.

AAmissyThe famous ice cream spot Arimono is right at the door! praise! There is no 24-hour front desk, and I never received any emails from the hotel. Ctrip customer service also couldn't receive any emails, which means there is a problem with the hotel's email. I later sent them an email and they contacted me. We waited two hours to check in in extremely hot weather.
The room was nice! The living room is separated from the bedroom. The TV is very big and I just watched the European Cup final. The only downside is that it is located next to the church and the bell rings every hour, which is annoying.

GGuest UserVery close to the bus station, friends who travel by bus can consider it here. The service was very good and very welcoming. We were very lucky that there was someone at the front desk when we arrived at noon and helped us check in in advance. The room is in good condition and there are many kitchen utensils to choose from. There is also a big supermarket in the Arms Square, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe beds should be renovated are very old I think if the facilities would be better qualified, the sofa bed is very old the truth is not acting for rest, then in the bathroom there was a drop I think something of the air conditioning which we notified and they did nothing about it. I have to clarify that the staff care was not the right in terms of problem or concerns resolution, one of the super friendly girls the other two should take care courses to the public, the fridge a little small.

GGuest UserOverall we're happy with this place, clean, easy access in the city, supermarket in front of the hotel, coin laundry is inside the hotel. Great hotel for family.
First time will be a bit challenging though, because we don't know how digital key card is working, the hotel front isn't that visible etc. You can ask them via Whatsapp anyway. Only one small comment was that they gave us coffee pods only for 1 day, although we stayed 3 days. I asked for additional coffee pods but they said it's one Euro for one pod. It's minor thing, and not a big deal though.

Found that the property was bit expensive for what it offered and would definitely need a bit of renovation, especially starting from the common areas (lobby réception and corridors)
Insonorisation between rooms was quite low
Room space was sufficient and bed comfortable
Check in check out was quick and smooth
Afternoon shift staff at the reception was kind enough and responded to a request for extra pillows
Would recommend for one night stay

GGuest UserThe apartment is spacious. The location is excellent as it is right in the old town. It was quite a experience to stay in an old building in a narrow street. The downside of staying in the bottom floor apartment is you hear noises from upstairs all the time such as walking, pulling a chair and dropping things on the floor etc.
I also like to point out that the shower did not work very well. Hope it will be fixed for future visitors
