The hostel is a place where children and families stay, so there's a lot of noise.
The hostel I stayed in was on the first floor, so it smelled a bit humid.
Very good for enjoying vacation with family and enjoying the pool and hiking.

GGuest UserThe apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

TTAOHotel-style apartment, you can cook in the room, five or six hundred meters away from the beach, there are some restaurants around, but the price is more expensive, there are no supermarkets nearby there are only some canteens. Room service is very general, stayed for seven days, no one took the initiative to change the sheets, also changed the towel every day to dump garbage, the most important point is that there is no wifi network signal in the room, has been using its own phone card 4G & #128555;
