GGuest UserThis is the first time I brought my friends to Kaisa. After booking the room, I checked in at the front desk and could enter the room directly with the password. It was very convenient. I didn’t need to worry about bringing my room card when going to the beach. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. The large canteen tastes good and has a large amount of food. The beach is very fine and you can just walk barefoot. There are fireworks at night, it’s the Spring Festival. I bought a lot of seafood at the Mengjia Market and returned to the room with a steamer, so I could cook it myself. The Jiajia Supermarket at the elevator entrance is owned by the boss. It has high quality and low prices, and has all kinds of items. I bought soy sauce and vinegar there. The room is the front row sea view room with a terrace in the fourth phase, without any obstruction. The apar**ent hotel is indeed much better than the B&B in terms of hygiene and service. Next time I plan to take the elderly at home to experience the one with two bedrooms and one living room with a large balcony.

GGuest UserFrom Beijing all the way north, through Dongdaihe. The overall facilities are good, the service is on call, and the boss told us the password in advance very late. It is very thoughtful. The supply often asks what is missing. Because with the children, we almost prepare ourselves, and we are not willing to trouble others. There is a JD.com convenience store at the exit of the community downstairs. It is convenient to buy anything that is missing. I brought a pot. The boss provided an induction cooker. I ate seafood for two days, noodles for one day, and the barbecue downstairs for one day, but it was too salty, so I dare not try again.
The disadvantage is that the floor is too high and waiting for the elevator is a troublesome thing. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the beach with children. Building 5 is relatively central, and you have to turn half a circle when you leave the community. The parking space downstairs is very tight and depends on the character. It is seriously recommended that the boss change two odor-resistant floor drains. It is too stinky at night. I can sleep every night by filling the floor drain with plastic bags.

We took the elderly to see the house, and later changed to a house that was satisfied with the elderly. Mahjong machine cards are also repaired soon. We are very enthusiastic about our questions and needs. Especially satisfied.
But as the house itself, make some comments. Building 2 is indeed old and the room as a whole is OK. But the bathroom is really too old. The sink is not smooth and smelly. I haven't seen the shampoo in the bag for many years. . There are also slippers, it looks really hard to say. There are toothpaste marks on the mouthwash cup. We all bought disposable paper cups for ourselves. The short thread of the kettle doubts life, and there is no way to put it on the table, and there is no way to reach the plug board on the wall. There are two bedrooms in total, one door has no handle, and the other is obviously very hard to close. The drying racks on the balcony are crooked and slanted, and several hangers are also the kind of particularly simple iron-art racks. There is no replacement bag for the trash can.
In summary, I hope the boss can improve a lot, right from your good service, and worthy of such a great sea view, and more worthy of nearly a thousand room rates for one night. Many details, a little care, the feeling will be very different.
