Amazing
AAnonymous UserI have honestly never experienced a hotel like this before. It felt more like a brand-new home than just a place to stay. Everything was incredibly clean, safe, and perfectly equipped for families. The facilities and equipment were very modern and in excellent condition.
What surprised me most was the fridge – it was fully stocked with food, including cheese, yogurt, and even snacks ready for me on arrival. For the price, that level of service is simply incredible. The kitchen was also outstanding, packed with every supply you could possibly need, making it easy to cook and feel at home.
The bathroom was spotless and had all the essentials, showing real attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort. I can honestly say I have never seen a cleaner or more thoughtfully prepared hotel.
Overall, this place is beyond expectations – safe, modern, fully equipped, and truly welcoming. It’s not just accommodation; it’s a complete home experience at an amazing value. Highly recommended! I will always recommend this hotel to everyone I know and I will always come to this hotel whenever I come to Turkey. Istanbul amazing and beautiful.😍👍🏻
GGuest UserThe rooms are big and clean, the open buffet is perfect, everything is there, the staff is very attentive, I recommend it to everyone, especially families, it is very close to Taksim, it is a minute away, it is a very reliable and clean hotel in a place like Taksim, there are also taxi services to the airport and it is at a very affordable price.

Very Good
AAnneSohIt's in a great location, near to Sishane metro station and Beyoglu funicular station, and lots of shops and eateries. Only problem is that it's almost impossible to find as there isn't any signboard at the entrance. Even the shop owner of the shop right next door (La Fa Muzik) didn't know of the existence of ”Hug Galata”.
It was only when someone helped us to call the phone number on the booking confirmation slip that we were able to find the door and were given the code to unlock it.
Then to our horror we saw the narrow spiral stairs that we had to climb up with all our luggage! We were told to take the apartment on the 3rd floor but we asked for the one on the 1st floor as I had injured my knee earlier. Thankfully it wasn't occupied so we only had to climb 1 level up.
The apartment is small but comfortable. However, it was lacking in shelves and hooks especially in the shower where there's nowhere to hang clothes and towel or even to place toiletries. There's also no handle on the inside of the toilet sliding door so it was tricky to open it each time.
There wasn't any VIP service, we had to ask questions via WhatsApp throughout our stay. When the shampoo ran out and we asked for more, someone brought a plastic bag and hung it on the door but it was filled with shower gel instead of shampoo.
The water boiler is noisy so we turned it off at night. Also be prepared for the noise from the nightlife downstairs, something you'd have to bear with for the sake of the convenient location.

Good
DdoudiWe enjoyed staying in G tower with all the facilities that made our holiday great! The staff were helpful and friendly especially Ms Neda. The location is also good for people who doesn't to be in a crowded and noisy area, the hotel was very clean and calm. We'll absolutely come back again!
GGuest UserThe hotel is a converted residential building, so there is no elevator, but a circular spiral staircase. Therefore, people with poor physical strength, the elderly and children should choose to stay here carefully.
Someone will carry your luggage for you, but he may not be there when you are leaving, so you have to carry it yourself.
I booked a normal room, but was given a loft. I responded to the platform and said that I was upgraded to a superior room. I don’t know what the upgrade was!
The attic windows were upward and tilted, so they couldn't be opened without strength. The most disgusting thing is that there are no curtains, so as the sky slowly gets brighter, so does your room, so just wake up to the light.
Apart from these two points, everything else is good.
It's not easy to find. It's in the middle of a residential building and has a small storefront.

Good
GGuest UserService is the best specially hakim and hassan, Hassan is the top person who understand the customer value and how to handle them. For swimming pool you need a cap to cover your head without that you can't swim and then you have to buy it from them which is 400 TR means £5 so swimming is not free and they don't mansion that in advert
WWeiyu, yanshuangfeiThe room is OK, and it is close to the beach. There are many places to eat near the hotel. Prices in Europe are more expensive than in Asia, so eating near the hotel is a bit expensive. The hotel is close to the beach, so you can go to the beach in the morning...

GGuest UserThe room was not bad, a bit tired, but everything that was needed was there. The linen was clean, although they did not change it even once during my 10 days of stay. Towels and toilet paper were provided additionally. I did not like that the floor was not washed and that the trash was not taken out even once during the 10 days. And the biggest minus is that I paid for a room with a balcony, and this was written in the receipt, but they gave me a room without a balcony. And when I asked about this, they answered that they do not guarantee providing a room with a balcony. So keep this in mind. At the same time, I booked this room 3 months before arrival. I would also like to say about the location, the street is insanely noisy until late at night, children scream, and it is very dirty, all the trash is thrown out right where they live.

GGuest UserWe were very pleased with the hotel. We booked a suite with a Lyra terrace. Spacious, cozy, clean, large balcony, but be prepared to climb the stairs to the 5th floor. Other room categories are below. Near Istiklal Street, Taksim metro station, funicular to Kabatas port. The metro ride to the new airport is 1.20.

ААндрей_88Upon arrival, they may try to accommodate you in another place, citing the lack of available rooms. I advise you to contact the owner in advance to clarify all the details (type of room, number of floors), but I am not sure that this will help. The owner is generally adequate, responds to requests and comments on the rooms. I advise you to take apartments on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Do not agree to apartment 101 on the ground floor because of the dampness, cockroaches and smaller area of the room than other apartments.
