"I stayed in the Loft unit at Coliwoo 268 River Valley for a week and really enjoyed my time there. The space is compact but surprisingly comfortable, with everything I needed - from a well-equipped kitchenette to a cozy bed and workspace. I especially loved the big windows and the nice view, which made the unit feel bright and open."

"The location was excellent, being conveniently near the subway station. However, the service response needs significant improvement. My TV was not working for three days, and despite multiple requests, no one addressed the issue. Additionally, a roommate left takeaway food in the common area for five days, and it remained uncleaned until my checkout. This lack of prompt service detracted from the overall experience."

Great
SSuzhouneimaerI had a fantastic stay at Heritage Collection on City Hall! The entire check-in and check-out process was smooth, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring Singapore’s top attractions.
A special thanks to Mae, Shannen, and Ryan for their outstanding service. They were incredibly attentive and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. From pre-arrival communication to post-checkout follow-ups, their hospitality truly stood out.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! If you’re looking for a well-located, affordable, and service-oriented accommodation in Singapore, this is definitely a great choice. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Very Good
SStella WlsI highly recommend Citadines Science Park in Singapore. I have been staying here regularly during my visits, and it has always been a reliable and comfortable choice. The rooms are modern, clean and thoughtfully designed, making both short and extended stays very pleasant. I also appreciate the peaceful surroundings, away from the busy city centre, yet still conveniently connected by MRT. Overall, it feels like a second home whenever I come to Singapore, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
EEllenI had a truly wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road. From the moment I made my booking, the team went out of their way to accommodate my request to check in early and prepare the room for my partner. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and to my surprise, they even prepared a little birthday treat for me — such a warm and personal touch that made my day extra special.
I would especially like to thank Angela, Jelina, Zy and Syakir for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care turned my stay into a memorable experience. It is not often you come across a team that takes the time to create such personalised gestures, and I truly appreciated it.
Pan Pacific has always been known for quality and hospitality, but this experience exceeded my expectations. I left with not just wonderful memories of the suite itself, but also of the people who made the stay so meaningful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and heartfelt service in Singapore.

Very Good
GGrace C.L.The living room was surprisingly super big, we loved the kitchen space and the huge fridge which is the largest one we have seen so far in a hotel room 😁 basically a serviced apartment style where it was located at Rocher mrt, relatively convenient but alot of shops are closed late at night 🌉 so luckily they had a 24/7 noodles vending machine where we made our dinner and the packaged salmon was super yummy! The bed was comfy but abit sad that there were only 2 pillows 🥲 the TVs were very nice to be able to connect our phones to watch YouTube or Netflix on 📺 the cleaning takes place 3 days a week and the Saturday that the lady came to clean the room, she took away our hand soap and didn't replace the toothbrushes so kinda didn't know where to look for her to get more 😅 the shower area was kinda small as well and the provided toiletries keep falling to the ground as the ledge was very cramped with 3 bottles 🚿 the greatest upsides were the kitchen/living area and the swimming pool which we had a blast as it was very big and deep enough that it came to our chest 😃 🥽
great that we could extend our checkout time for 1h more and the checking in and out was super fast which was great 👍 do note that the reception is on the 3rd floor that everyone has to take a lift up to, think it's not very clear at the ground level as there were some lost tourists that we guided to come up with us. Then to go to your rooms, another lift needs to be taken up from level 3 after walking past the reception 🛗 a slight disappointment was that a request was made to assist with setting up my partner's surprise bday celebration before our stay but nothing was done (a small cake would have been nice), anyways thankfully I brought my own supplies ~
Overall it's a nice stay so 4/5 ⭐
AAnonymous UserClean hotel. But there are 4 steps to the main entrance. There are no bell boys to help with luggage. They should have a ramp by the side to pull luggage. There are no hand rails, too. Its very difficult for Seniors and people who are accessible to carry up 4 steps with their luggages or even climb up without hand rail
GGuest UserThe staffs were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived and been super helpful to address our requests throughout our stay.
However the room cleanliness could be improved as there was a chinese white liquor cap on the floor (near the bed) and black color sand like substances on the floor in our room.
As for facilities, we missed the swimming pool but it's ok cause Orchard road is just few stops away (bus stop to Orchard Road) to keep the family busy.
Aside from these, we are happy with the stay.

Good
GGuest UserVery helpful and friendly receptionist, checking in and out were smooth. However some ants were found on the bed and towels, seems to be normal if staying on 1-2F. Overall pretty good experience.
GGuest UserWe used to stay in the same facility before it was taken over by Assembly. I must say that it has come down in quality and value, quite dramatically. Covid may account for some of the decline for sure, but my impression is that this Assembly organization is in hot pursuit of every penny or percentage increase in ROI that they can eke out, or squeeze out of their customers. The staff is smaller and less customer oriented, and it seems that they are doing the minimum required of their owner/management because they are being paid the minimum possible (my educated guess based upon many visits in the past 10 years, and many casual conversations with others). Here is what we witnessed. The room was not yet renovated, so the price (i believe) was a bit lower than the renovated units. Nonethless, there is no excuse for the lack of housekeeping services rendered (I think it was just once or twice per week that the unit was serviced). Upon arrival :
The unit is far less desirable than the many other 58 Stevens units we have rented in the past.
1. Upon walking in we smell a very unpleasant moldy, musty odor and upon looking around it seems there is mold on the kitchen window shade. See pictures attached.
2. A week ago I called directly to Assembly to ask or request if there was a suitable and safe pan for frying eggs and such. I was told there should be. However, upon a quick look at the pan it is evident that it is broken, and worn thru the cooking surface, not at all suitable for safe use. There were no pots either, and only after complaining to the front desk, the attendant was nice enough to dig up a new set of pots for us to use. Outside vendors, car drivers, etc. seem to be allowed to smoke their cigarettes in front of 58 Stevens, and are allowed to leave a pile of cigarrette butts at the entrance to the residences. See pictures..
