YYinyuerMy family traveled and chose this hotel ranked first in Anxi. I have long admired the SLH Group. This Zen hotel focuses on self-cultivation. There are many customized services with a sense of quality. We stayed in Yunmen Villa. We saw our surname on the door as soon as we entered. Welcome fruit plate, mini bar drinks, good night desserts, clean small courtyard. The details are very good. There are some activities to participate in the hotel every day. Unfortunately, we checked in late. We only participated in a treasure hunt. The children especially liked it. The outdoor hot spring pool is also reserved. One room, one pool. So it is very private. For those who like to relax, cultivate their body and mind, and have strong privacy. Just want to drink tea, copy the Heart Sutra, and do handmade hot springs, this place is highly recommended. But if you still want more facilities and more activities, this place is not suitable. For example, there is no gym and no amusement facilities. There is only one outdoor swimming pool, and it is not constant temperature water. The area around the hotel is very rural, and there is basically no other place to go. I feel that they pay more attention to quality. However There are two points that I complain about here. One is that the service is not proactive. We were carrying a lot of luggage when we left, but the waiter saw it from a distance and did not come to help in time. The other is that when we ate at the Chinese restaurant, we found that the price list of some dishes was higher when we paid the bill. The waiter explained that it was because the menu was a single price, and we had a lot of people so we had to multiply it by 1.5. This explanation is very far-fetched. I understand that if it is necessary, it can be marked on the price list or explained when ordering dishes. However, the behavior of raising the price privately at the checkout will lose goodwill because many people will not look at the price of individual items carefully. I am also a family member who suddenly saw a green vegetable for more than 80 yuan. I asked me and I found out that for a hotel with such a high-end positioning, the restaurant charges high prices or service fees. It is understandable that guests can dine according to their wishes. However, if it is in this way, it is really lame. Overall, I am still satisfied with the positioning and service of this hotel. However, if it is positioned as a luxury hotel, the service may need to be strengthened.

Housekeeping : There is a big room for improvement. Floor wasn't cleaned. Felt as though it wasn't swept. I would prefer a cleaner floor as weather is cold and we were wearing socks and hair was stucked to my socks. Toilet paper wasnt refilled. Tea set wasnt washed.
Amenities : Washer and clothes dryer need regular maintenance. There were many black stain on my white clothes after washing and drying.
The shelf in the toilet loosen while my son was using the toilet and the towels fell on him..🤣
The Coffee machine at the lobby is god given especially when we need a coffee perk. Cant get coffee around this around. Good to display operating instructions beside the machine.
Location: Very convenient. There is a supermarket down the street and food street nearby.

The hotel owner directly helped me drive it for free. It was really a bit unexpected. I was flattered. Feeling, very very nice! Before leaving, the girl at the front desk also sent a companion cup, and I will definitely come to live next time on business trip!

The hotel is very beautiful, the facilities are complete, there are many things for children to play, they played go-karts, the public hot spring area is also very comfortable, it is a bit difficult to take children up the hill to soak in the hot spring, but the scenery on the mountain is really unique. It is suggested that the staff in the hot spring area can be distributed evenly and reasonably, otherwise it is difficult to see staff in some places, which will make the service seem unable to keep up. There are buffets and hot pots in the evening. The service staff can still keep up with the demand, but the food is not very delicious. Only shrimps and shellfish are slightly better, and the others are a little cheap. The only iced drink is cola. It is suggested that the food does not need to be made so much, but the quality must be guaranteed. I believe that everyone who comes here to play is looking forward to it, and the same is true for breakfast. 2. Book a tea room on the top floor, become a public area where everyone sits and drinks tea, and they all like to talk late at night.
3. The room at this price does not support continuous hot water bathing for more than 15 minutes.
After urging several times, I came to clean at 16:00 in the afternoon, and no one cleaned the room in the same room.
5.8 ~9 o'clock breakfast experience is very poor, even basic milk can not be guaranteed, bed and pillow farmhouse level.
Most of the service staff are still more enthusiastic, the dishes are decent, and the scenery is worth the price, but it will definitely not come again.

GGuest UserThere are five people with children, big and small, on the weekend. Extra beds are not allowed in the suite. The hotel staff is very considerate and takes the initiative to add quilts. There were only two breakfast coupons, but when we saw that our kids were small, they all went for free. I was very touched and satisfied! Will go again
