各種條件像國內的農家樂，餐廳的晚餐質次價高，税收要30%，而且不註明。這些就算了，關鍵是樓下租給別人開派涕，震耳欲聾的單調音樂一直響到深夜11：15。攜程應該把這種無良的商家踢出去。

Hotel staff especially one may be a Manager & other one is food incharge person their body language with us was very rude & not tolerable. Food quality is very very bad. And morning breakfast was worst & served rotten boiled eggs. And their reply was unacceptable. . And one person went on to the extent of saying that what you people can do will you & make the banner & post it on the wall & all. Imagine the rudeness

The room was spacious and the AC functionned well. There were water kettle for coffee/tea, a safe and a fridge. We tried the TV - but there were just one english speaking channel (Australian). The beds were a bit on the soft side but we slept well. The bathroom was clean, the water pressure OK but the shower head didn’t function well as the water came out side wise and not downpourig. The pool area was fine and the staff provided you with matrasses and towells as som as you came. Very good service there. The problem is that the hotel restaurant and bar was under renovatipn. The restaurant had been moved to a area on the second floor just outside some of the rooms. Not charming at all and therefore not very tempting, so we did not try their dinner service. The breakfast was very asian. But they do make you an omelet if you want and there were chicken bacon and pancakes, and quite a few cakes. The fresh fruit was good. I guess the renovation was on because we came out of season, but you would expect some kind of bar at this level of hotel. But when we asked for a bar the first evening we were told that the only place they could serve us was in the restaurant which were full with people eating buffet. So we ended up drinking beer in our room.

We stayed here while in Anuradhapura. Lovely place and very quiet and peaceful. Front office and welcome staff are pleasant and so are the team in the restaurant. Sanath, Gohan and Nalaka are very attentive and courteous made having meals enjoyable. Loved the food!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Staff are very nice. The restaurant serves some lovely food. We had 5 course dinner which had very generous and big serving portions. The set breakfast options are too good. We really enjoyed the hoppers and dosas. Special thanks to Sanath, Nalaka and Gihan, for looking after us so gracefully.
