Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

Location: The hotel is very close to the train station. The hotel has a pick-up service. You can make an appointment one day in advance. The driver is very good. It is close to nearby restaurants, the northern slope of Changbai Mountain, and the Demon World Rafting. Environment: The hotel is very clean. The guest rooms are basically equipped with daily necessities. There are also crutches for the elderly. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. I guess they are afraid that it will be too slippery on snowy days. The 1.35 bed in the twin room is enough for an adult to sleep with a 6-year-old child. The breakfast is self-service and relatively complete. There are noodles, rice, Western and Chinese, and the taste is also good. Service: The service is excellent, especially Manager Zhao who is a kind-hearted sister who specializes in receiving tourist consultations in the hotel lobby. It is the tourist season now, and it is a little difficult to call a taxi because the place is small. Manager Zhao helped us find a taxi to go out for dinner. We didn’t get the tickets for Changbai Mountain at first, and Manager Zhao also helped us find a way and told us that it is fun and delicious there. Thank you very much. Finally, the hotel has a lot of hot springs, both indoors and outdoors, with various medicinal soups and pools with different effects. We still prefer the outdoor hot springs. It is also a special experience to soak in the hot springs outdoors at minus 17 degrees. It is worth the trip and very satisfied

The customer service added WeChat as soon as the high-speed rail arrived at the station. If you have any questions, you can communicate on WeChat. It is very close to the ticket entrance of Changbai Mountain, and it is super convenient to directly access VIP rights. Guanyue Restaurant is a little expensive, but it tastes very good! The standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

I went to Tianchi with my girlfriend. Because we arrived late from Jilin Station, it was difficult to get a taxi at Jilin Station. We had to contact the B&B urgently. The boss in the B&B was very reliable. He helped us to book a car and waited for us until very late to check us in. We were lucky to see Tianchi the next day when we arrived at Changbai Mountain. It snowed when we left the hotel on Sunday and we couldn't get a taxi. When we chatted with the boss, he must have been busy and didn't stop working. But when he saw that we couldn't leave, he put down his work and sent us to the station first, so we didn't delay the journey. It was a very pleasant trip and a good accommodation experience. Thanks to the B&B boss who helped us enthusiastically.

Great location! ! It is recommended that tourists who come to Erdaobaihe and Beipo come to live in this store. Opposite is the edelnut flower, ten minutes walk to eat in the town, and ten minutes to the Beipo distribution center. It is the center of these three. When I came here, there was a driver who picked up the station. After that, I walked, and it was not difficult to take a taxi when I left. The big problem of traffic is solved. Health is also done well, bath towels are disposable, each floor is particularly warm. The breakfast was full and the food was real every morning. The front desk saw that we brought the children and upgraded to the family room. The service attitude was very good and warm. Travel is very pleasant!

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.
