Customer service inside restaurants , bar, spa, room service everything was delightful
Not so good with management.
I had a reservation problem where I needed to speak with manager or supervisor. In the 4 days I was there I never had any kind of response from them.
Food was very good, massages on spa are so refreshing. The whole hotel is a very good experience.
Unfortunately everything is about money and hotel cares only about it .
Was I expecting something for free ? NO
But at least some kind of — I’m sorry we can’t do anything!
I made reservations for a whole group.
To travel on November, unfortunately when i booked my room I booked for October
The morning of the reservation o get a message about it ( October reservation) I called right away knowing I will lose some money ( $900 dollars) and to let the hotel know . ******* tried to help contacting the hotel but hotel didn’t accept any changes even a small discount on anything
I reserved again for November and even tho I wanted some kind of Sorry we couple not help there was no such thing .
Even hotels with less rating give a free drink
Here that doesn’t exist .
It wasn’t my first time here won’t be the last but some kind of appreciation to guest would be nice !
