Rooms are profitable

We found this facility on the Trip website because it was close to the airport. While making a reservation on the site, we searched for the option of 2 people and a 14-year-old and a 12-year-old child. When we paid, we were charged as 3 people. When we went to the facility, we were asked for an additional fee of 50 euros for a 12-year-old child. If you divide it, it is not worth 50 euros. In the end, we could sleep comfortably. We paid 1300 TL for a 12-year-old child to go to the room because we had a flight in the morning. Afterwards, we encountered a sofa bed without a bed in the room, so one seat can hardly sleep for 1 person. Afterwards, we objected and the reception suggested that we sleep on the sofa bed of the room where there are no customers. We accepted it helplessly. It's 4 o'clock and we still can't sleep. We will be at the airport at 7:45 in the morning. Your rest break was a disgrace. We will take a shower without sleeping and go to the port. If the facility accepts customers at 00.00, there should be people in charge of reservations and authorized people. If the bed is not enough, an extra bed. There must be someone to give. Even though Mr. Murat at the reception was desperate, he still tried to do something, thank you.
