We had a great experience from booking to the late checkout. Katrina from reception helped us a lot through our stay. Even as the only foreigners of the hotel, we were taken good care of. Hot springs are very nice and other leisure services are as well!

第一次來，感受到賓至如歸。前台錢多多經理，管家小丁，耐心解答，細心服務，全家人一致好評。這裏空氣清新，服務周到，還備有免費零食，從硬件到軟件都從細節之處看到了企業的文化，祝生意興隆，以上為我們服務的兩位工作順利，下次再見！

這個温泉酒店整體還不錯，可惜酒店房間內部設施老化，不維護，衞生也不乾淨，床實木的，但是木板很響，嘎吱嘎吱，100斤的我一翻身都響，而且床墊子都踏陷了，床都要散架子了，我住的還是別墅客房，簡直差爆了，疫情前也去過，那時候環境，真是好，現在完犢子了，再就是女洗浴裏面，也是超級埋汰。衞生不行。還有就是辦理入住的服務員，客房都清理完事，就安排入住，還的在門口等保潔收拾，別墅區的客房外樓梯全是灰，好像很久沒有住人的感覺。

沒有提供任何孩子用品，帶兩個孩子出行兩間房都沒有。酒店公共環境比房間環境好。

呵呵呵，服務超級差。可笑的是自己知道服務真的不行。退房當天下午就打電話求着不要給差評，説的比唱的都好聽，回頭加你微信，再來玩找他咋咋地的，然後就沒有下文了。所以請不要怪我給你差評。真的服務和價格太不配了，浪費我一個珍貴的週末！

太過熱的酒店了，基礎設施在鞍山算是一流了。趕上五一節假日服務員太忙的緣故吧，前台辦理入住不太及時，工作人員的服務態度都很好，衹有穿白色衣服的主管浪盪個大臉，像我欠了她似的。温泉服務員看孩子在挑選零食也不給孩子好氣，呵斥孩子“這不是你家”孩子哭着回來告訴我，問她們是哪個阿姨，孩子記不住了。房間打掃也不夠細心，枕套上三根頭髮，告知後好一個賠禮道歉和解釋，重新換了新的。幸好微信名陌顏小哥哥給予解釋和安撫才壓住了火，要不然真要給大差評了。温泉也不錯，有不講究的在池子裏搓灰，一層厚厚的漂浮物。哈哈哈哈五一嘛人多都可以理解。總體來説不錯。給陌顏小哥哥好評。

設施：設施都很新
衞生：衞生可以，及時換水
泡池不是很多，適合優先放鬆，小朋友有小童樂園但沒有水上戲水設施，所以假期人不會很擁擠

非常愉快的一次體驗。首先工作人員都特別熱情，特別是管家小丁，因為帶着寶寶一進門就給了寶寶專用的洗浴套裝和小玩具，帶寶寶泡室外温泉還特意幫忙調節了温度。其次房間設施也不錯，乾淨整潔。

酒店位於千山腳下，衞生條件好，服務設施比較齊全，游泳館健身房也能滿足出行期間的健身需求。下榻酒店能享受全天無限次進出温泉，室外有多種泡池，有紅酒、蘆薈、薰衣草、檸檬綠茶、溶洞泡池等。房間裏有浴缸，温泉水接入，直接在房間裏也能享受了。酒店服務很貼心，管家小丁在入住當天上午電話聯繫我們，確認行程，在到店後，小丁還幫助把行李送到房間，為我們入住遊玩提供很多幫助，遇到的其他員工也都非常熱情，為酒店的優質服務點贊！
