Lai Fu Shi Hotel

This is the hotel my family and I have stayed at the most whenever we visit Anshan. The location is great, and the service is excellent. This time, we stayed in a newly renovated and upgraded room on the fifth floor. The facilities are brand new, the TV is huge and has upgraded features like screen mirroring, which is incredibly convenient. We will definitely be back to Raffles Hotel.

The hotel is in good condition, the room has a smell and needs ventilation, and the service needs to be improved! I arrived at the hotel late, and because the room smelled too much, I asked to change rooms. The front desk told me that there was no corresponding room type available. I was asked to open the window for ventilation myself. It was already 9 o'clock in the evening. Did I come here to ventilate without sleeping? Why didn't the hotel deal with it in advance? Moreover, after I insisted on changing rooms, I saw two more rooms like this. Before, they said that there was no such room type. They slapped themselves in the face!

I have been to Anshan many times. This is my first time to this hotel. It is really great. I didn't expect it to be so good when I searched on Ctrip. Although the facilities and environment are not as luxurious as those of star-rated hotels, the service is beyond my imagination. It was drizzling when I arrived (basically not getting wet). The security guard followed me when I got off the car in the parking lot and held an umbrella for me. After I arrived at the lobby, the receptionist who checked me in was also very enthusiastic and attentive. He told me which room was more cost-effective at the same price, and personally sent me to the room, connected me to WiFi, and gave me a fruit plate. The sisters who traveled with me all praised me for my vision. I will choose Lifestyle again when I go to Anshan next time.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Anshan. This time I stayed in a family suite. The room is large and each room has a bathroom, which is very convenient. The service attitude is also very good. Because we stayed for three consecutive nights, they also gave us a snack. The breakfast buffet in the morning has many varieties and tastes good.

The staff service is very good, I think they have been trained, the facilities are OK, a little old, the breakfast is good, a combination of Chinese and Western, and there are different dishes every day. I will choose this place next time.

The room is clean and bright, the service is thoughtful, and the room was upgraded for free because the neighbors were noisy in the corridor. Thank you!
