Vienna Classic Hotel (Anqing Renmin Road Pedestrian Street)

The hotel is located near a pedestrian street, in a lively and bustling area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The environment is decent, but the facilities are rather old and could benefit from upgrades. Breakfast is standard and nothing special.

There was no lobby on the first floor, I had to go up to the fourth floor. I didn't sleep well all night, the hallway was very noisy, and the front desk staff knew nothing when I asked them questions!

They didn't give me a cheap breakfast voucher, and when I went to eat breakfast they wouldn't let me in. Speechless.

As soon as I entered the room, I saw unknown stolen goods in the gap between the beds... All the doors of the hotel rooms in a row are connected... Someone knocked on the door for no reason early in the morning, and the doors of the entire row were ringing... I was speechless. This hotel is in a great location! There is underground parking! The rest is not good.

The location is OK, but the shower faucet pendant fell off during the shower, so I had to hold the faucet in my hand while showering. The breakfast had few varieties but I could eat enough. Checking out was in a hurry. I clearly forgot my Gucci scarf in the room. A few hours later, I called to ask if there was a scarf, and the front desk said no, so I had to admit that I was unlucky.

Very old towels, noisy noises outside the window, a loud broadcast at 6am to start exercises, simple breakfast, dark basement, must give a bad review

The room is old and low-ceilinged, but it's located in a quiet area despite being in a bustling city.

I saw on Ctrip that this hotel was renovated in 2022, so I thought it was very new and the score was not low. Therefore, I made a reservation one day in advance and specifically confirmed with Ctrip customer service that I wanted a non-smoking room. After arriving as scheduled, we found that it was a hotel converted from a very old building. The room given by the front desk smelled of cigarettes and the carpet in the corridor was very dirty. The waiter said that the 4th and 5th floors here are old decorations, and the floors above 6 were newly renovated at the end of 21. This is obviously inconsistent with the description! After communicating with Ctrip, they agreed to change rooms, but since it was raining and it was getting late, we had no choice but to make do with it. We changed to a room on the sixth floor, but there was still a smell of cigarette smoke. However, there was no other room to change, and we didn't want to go through the trouble of changing hotels, so we had to make do with it. I won’t stay in Vienna next time, especially I must be careful when ordering hotels in Anhui!
