The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very efficient. They took the time to explain everything and provide helpful tips, making for an excellent check-in experience. Their service was top-notch, and I highly recommend this hotel! Plus, the location is fantastic, very close to Anqing Yingjiang Temple and Daopashi. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

I suggest you avoid it. I stayed for several days in a row during the May Day holiday. I had to go to the front desk every day to get the breakfast coupons. I had to get them every day for several days in a row. It was like begging for food. The experience was extremely bad. There were only two elevators in the hotel and they often broke down. I reported it to the front desk, but they didn't say sorry, just dryly told the engineering department to take a look. The air conditioner in the room basically didn't work. The air vents were all moldy and black. The bathroom sink, bathtub and shower were very old. The hotel's daily cleaning basically just laid out the sheets, changed the towels and gave mineral water. I have stayed in hotels so many times, and this is the first time I know that a room for several days in a row can be so perfunctory. I poured tea in the sink on the morning of 5/4. When I returned to the room at night, I found that the sink had not been cleaned. There were tea stains on it. The cups were not washed. There was hair on the bathroom drain and it was not cleaned. The toilet was not wiped. The daily hygiene was a waste of time.

The service attitude when ordering food in the room and calling the front desk was very poor. As a guest, I did not feel respected. The same goes for doing laundry. For such a big hotel, there is only one washing machine and dryer, and it is in another building, far away and extremely difficult to use. I asked the front desk how long it would take to dry the clothes, and they answered: I don’t know. Is your service worth the price? Zunyue Hotel has been open for more than ten years and is an old brand in Anqing, but my experience of staying here this time makes me feel that you are destroying your own reputation!

I went to Tianzhu Mountain and this hotel was recommended by a friend in Anqing. It is a well-established four-star hotel. My friend said it was the sentiment of the old Anqing people.
