Hotel de Savoie

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Palais de l'Isle. However, that's its only redeeming quality. It's very old, has no elevator, and the stairs are very steep. The rooms are tiny, and it's rated as a two-star hotel. Annecy isn't that big, so I'd recommend spending a bit more to stay at a nearby hotel with better facilities.

Honestly, a horror! This "hotel" has absolutely nothing to do with the photos displayed: a real scam. Dirty room, unpleasant odors, no air conditioning even though it was advertised, catastrophic bedding, stained walls, dilapidated bathroom? It feels more like a slum than an establishment supposed to welcome customers. We pay for non-existent service, no consideration for customers. Clearly the worst value for money I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely avoid, run away if you value your comfort and your money, a disgusting mess. Impossible to stay there, we had to spend the night in the car because it was so unbearable. Result: ruined vacation, lost money and disastrous experience, have a nice day!!!!

A two-star hotel that does not provide mouthwash cups, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. The room was renovated 40 years ago. The only advantage is the good location, and you can go shopping in the old town right outside.

The service was excellent and friendly despite our late arrival. The location is top-notch! Well, the room isn't really that great, but with the view of the backyard and the small hallways, it's somehow authentic. But please don't expect too much. The central location is simply fantastic.

The truth is that at first I was very happy, although the TV's control and Wi-Fi were very bad due to the place where it was located, the gentleman was worth it. In the end, he disrespected me, disgusted me, and I have no desire to remember that horrible old man.

The room is in a very good location, very good, in the center of the process. The boss has a bad temper. I asked if I could store my bag, and he said yes, and put it in the lobby, outside the front desk, in an open and unenclosed space outside. I asked if I could put it inside, and the boss refused and got angry, with no patience, and asked me if my things were often stolen in China...?

알프스의 관문이자 프랑스의 베네치아 안시 구도심에 위치. 호수와 작은 강(수로)가 시작되는 곳에 자리잡고 있어 접근성은 최고, 시설을 낡았지만 청결도는 좋음. 창문을 열면 바로 구도심의 건물들과 맑은 물이 흐르는 수로가 눈앞에 보인다.
