Splendid Hotel Lac d'Annecy, Handwritten Collection

The room had a great view. The receptionist, an older man, was very friendly and helpful. That was impressive. Only, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

The room was very comfortable and the location was great. Very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again next time. Thank you for the overall excellent experience. The breakfast was also delicious! I was very happy.

The facilities and services are excellent, and the location by the lake is beautiful.

The hotel by the lake in the small town had beautiful views from the balcony rooms. It was very close to the old town and the lake, and there were many restaurants and shops downstairs. The French breakfast at the hotel was excellent. It was a very happy holiday! I only realized I had lost one of my Bluetooth earphones at the hotel when I boarded the train. I found it through customer service, but I don't know if they can help me send it back. However, it didn't spoil my trip. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from Annecy's bus station/train station. It's also within easy reach of the old town and the lake. The entire hotel, from the entrance to the room, exudes an art deco vibe and is quite chic. The room is well-centered, with separate wet and dry areas, which is rare and particularly nice. I hadn't originally planned to have breakfast at the hotel, but that afternoon, my nephew was in a hurry to use the restroom in the restaurant. The waiter treated him so kindly that after using the restroom, he went to the restaurant and asked for some lemonade. He even made him a glass of warm lemonade (hot water + cold water + lemon slices). Anyone who knows how to do this will appreciate it. I was so touched. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel on our last day, and it was quite rich. It will be my first choice next time I visit.
