Ibis Styles Annecy Gare Centre

It's very close to Annecy train station. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the place was clean. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent. Free coffee and bread were available in the afternoon. Overall, it was good value for money.

A lovely, quiet room with a balcony overlooking the park/playground. Very comfortable bed, but the bathroom was rather small. The breakfast buffet was very good but poorly organized. Something was always missing—cups, glasses—but it was always replenished. The coffee machine broke down briefly twice and had to be restarted. The buffet was very crowded. You can easily walk along the river to the old town. Very limited parking.

It is relatively close to the train station. Although you can go to the old town along the river, that section of the road is quite secluded and the timid may not dare to walk it.

The breakfast salad was never fresh, and there were lots of flies in the restaurant.

There's an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, even in the hallways. At breakfast, I noticed that all the dishes and cutlery were quite greasy and had stains and food residue. I had to ask the restaurant staff to wash all my cutlery, my plate, and my coffee cup. Disaster!!!
