We enjoyed our stay and it was a short walking distance to nightlife and concert hall. The bed was so comfortable and it felt like a very secure establishment. Parking was great and we enjoyed the bath amenities. Thank you!

We got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service.

Very good front desk. The hotel is quite satisfactory, the bed is very comfortable, the space is big, the swimming pool water is not clean, but the children don't care about it. Breakfast is charged at 10.95 for one person and 4.95 for children. It is very unpalatable, the types are common, but the quality is not good. It is not recommended to eat at the hotel. Parking is free. Opposite is the mall.
