A very nice hotel with nice staff. At the reception the check-in etc takes somewhat nice long. At the ski lift you are fast, just a bus stop away. Unfortunately, more mass handling at the buffet. Dinner was ”naja”. Suppet and salad delicious, dei main meals rather cantines - that has, unfortunately, buffet so in itself. Breakfast is beautifully rich and varied. For the size of the hotel the wellness area is rather small. 2 saunas, that's OK, but unfortunately quite little beds and not separated from the showers. So so well you can relax rather on the room. We had a faulty fire alarm at night and stood in the sleeping suit at half two in the frozen night Temperatures outside. Unfortunately, there was no meeting of the hotel at request. At least the € 20 drinks they could have left us out of course. Of course, probably the hotel can't do anything for it, but we also haven't and that has already made us We don't come again. ------ In itself a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff. Pleasant stay in Heritage Hotel. Perfect location. The room is big and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is really good as well. The staff at the reception is really nice and welcoming. Room assigned is on 4th floor, which we could hear footsteps from the room above us at 6 am in the morning. Request for a room on the top floor, 6th floor, if you're a light sleeper like us. The restaurant is really good. We went there for dinner twice during our 3 nights stay in Heritage Hotel. The soup was really good. We ordered the char grilled salmon with pumpkin risotto, really delicious 😋

Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.

Very beautiful town! The kitchen is very well equipped! The lady at the front desk speaks very good English too! Communication is barrier-free! This is a very worthwhile hotel to stay again! Perfect for 4-6 friends!

The hotel is located next to the Protestant church in Hallstatt, which can be regarded as the center of the town. The size of the room is good, the tiny balcony can only sit down, but not move the body (the space is too small). It is a surprise to have a bathtub, which is not common in European four-star hotels. The waiter at the front desk is very arrogant (arrogant), and obviously ignores the guests from ************** (this is the key point). It made me very upset, and my attitude towards her was also very bad, and I was very rude to her in English (her English is terrible). The hotel is not allowed to drive in. You have to park your car in any of the parking lots from P1 to P4 in the town, and then walk to the hotel, so you have to pack your luggage in advance. Early breakfast is the general European breakfast level. I believe that people who have been to Europe many times or have life experience will be familiar with it, and they will not have any expectations. This price is obviously overestimated, and the overall cost performance is very low. You can check in at 3 pm, and you have to check out at 11 am, don't ask why.
