I found this hotel at night off the highway, very close to the highway, the traffic is very convenient, the room type is not bad, and the price/performance ratio is not bad, but a very unpleasant thing happened the next morning. When I was preparing to wash in the morning, the water pipe behind the toilet burst, and the bathroom had serious water accumulation. Fortunately, it did not burst in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and asked the engineering department to arrange someone to fix it, and asked the housekeeping department to arrange the nearest empty room for me to wash. The customer service department casually opened a room next to the guest used by me. The bathroom was messy, towels were thrown on the floor, and there was water everywhere. I was speechless at the time. It will be the off-season, there will be no people living, and the room vacancy rate will be high. Treat guests like that? The engineering master also said that you just take a bath and wash your face. Are you so particular about it? Although it is understandable that each position is very hard, but your service and attitude towards customers is a kind of disrespect in your heart! Afterwards, the hotel did not communicate with the guests anymore, so it was all gone...

The hotel facilities are very old, and the hotel was installing air-conditioning when I was staying and it was very noisy. The new air conditioner was installed but it couldn't be used. The old air conditioner was out of service and the room was very hot. At my repeated request, I arranged a floor fan for me. In short, the experience is extremely bad, and I will never stay again.

The breakfast is too unpalatable. I have stayed in so many hotels. This is the worst breakfast I have encountered. The table in the room is covered with ash.

The breakfast is just enough to eat, mainly to bring the children back to save relatives, so the requirements are not high, there is no heating, it is still a bit cold in winter, when we came back during the Spring Festival, but we can not say that the central air-conditioning is turned on. My child and I were cold enough, the facilities are very old, do not plan to stay again next time

酒店服務好，重新裝修了住着舒服，環境好，停車方便，下了高速幾分鐘就到了。院子裏還有充電樁可以充電。露營地也可以去轉轉。不錯值得推薦。

酒店位於度假區，裏面有個小湖，湖岸線風光旖旎，還有一個很大的露營基地，有很多休閑設施和草坪，酒店的房間有些陳舊，玻璃窗户都是印跡，塑料拖鞋質量很差，有很濃的腳臭味，毛巾架銹跡斑斑

房間有點簡陋，離市中心有點遠了，但是酒店周圍環境不錯，綠水青山的，好多外地朋友過來露營搞團隊建設，可能這個價格的房間是這樣吧，其他房間沒有住過。衞生一般般，有點老化了，衞生間防水不行洗個澡一池子水，別提多尷尬了

酒店是一家很不錯的酒店，就是沒個好的管理人員，真是浪費，可惜了。前台服務太差，有客人問都不搭理，坐在凳子上嗑瓜子，我訂大床給我標間，還口氣很差 早餐就別提了差，還四星⭐不如個小賓館

房間新裝修了.環境非常好👍有露營地，有水上項目，小童户外遊樂設施齊全，國慶出遊..性價比很高，非常驚喜！
