It was a pleasant and pleasant experience to choose the Hilton Hotel when traveling in Anji. The hotel is newly opened and decorated. The facilities are perfect and clean. The location is about three kilometers from the city center. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle. It is far from the lobby. From far away, I saw the busy Ms. Vicky with fair skin. She was very gentle and patient. She helped us check in and upgraded our room. Thank you very much and told us that we can contact her at any time if we have anything to do. Big thumbs up and thank you for being mentally prepared for the noisy door decoration before checking in. There is also a clear reminder on Ctrip. There are earplugs prepared in the room for two nights, and it was quiet without being noisy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are very bright, clean and bright. The bathroom is well separated and avoids getting wet everywhere~ I have to say that I had the most comfortable meal in Anji for three days It’s the hotel’s wontons. The young lady is freshly wrapped. The handsome guy next to the fresh meat wontons is doing his best. Delicious wontons are just fine~ Please enjoy the experience~

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure

The overall environment of the hotel is good~ the room is simple and clean, the sound insulation in the room is better, the sleep is quieter and more reliable, the service staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, give a 5-star praise, and I will come again next time

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

My husband and I came to the mountains for honeymoon recuperation. The room is clean and tidy, the equipment is very high-end, and the location is right next to the canyon rafting in North Zhejiang. It is also very close to walking. Facing the mountains, the scenery is beautiful and very healing. There are also small balconies, small courtyards, and swimming pools. The hot spring facilities in the B&B are under construction. The curtains and toilets are all smart. The super-large floor-to-ceiling windows are so comfortable to wake up and open your eyes to the green mountains and green waters. There is also a super-large projector screen for watching movies. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and gave you welcome fruit And tea, the breakfast for 2 people is very rich, I will come to the hot spring next time (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵)

The hotel is located in the west of the city, just next to the hotel's main building. After arriving at the store, check in at the front desk. Receiving the room card and giving us tickets to Mantang, reminding us to see the lights at night. It's a pity that the itinerary was arranged and it didn't go to the place. There is also a pool table in the lobby for guests to entertain. After the check-in procedure, the front desk butler Xiao Xue enthusiastically took us to the other garden, and patiently introduced us to the room facilities. The iced mineral water in the refrigerator was simply great. The large suite with four bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms was super comfortable. Miss sister also recommended for us that Anji, which she sorted out by herself, is more worth going to the restaurant. Next time I come to their home, I will choose their home. A great check-in experience. The hotel's service is great. Before check-in, the housekeeper Xiaoyan contacted me and informed me of the hotel's services. When you arrive at the hotel, there will be someone to carry your luggage. After checking in, a waiter will carry your luggage and take you to the room. , you don’t have to go out during your stay of 2 nights and 3 days. You can have all the food, drinks and entertainment at the resort, soak in hot springs, play table tennis, play games, visit the Tea Expo, taste white tea, and have all three meals at the Shuixieju Chinese Restaurant in the hotel, with a sumptuous breakfast. After eating well, you can get free fish food at the front desk, feed fish, ducks, and swans, and you can also extend the hiking trails and stroll among the tea mountains and bamboo forests... Finally, I want to talk about the hotel's meticulous and thoughtful service. Thank you to the housekeeper Xiaoyan! Will come next time!

The renovated Yuantong Hotel has a smaller lobby, but the rooms are cleaner and tidy. It is suitable for business travel customers. It is more cost-effective. The location is very convenient in the city. It is the first choice for Anji

I am satisfied with my stay at Ding ShangYi hotel. The most important is that i felt very comfortable while being on an escape to relax myself in this hotel. The staffs provides easy & professional service, feeling being well looked after in this property. Upon check-in, i could refresh myself with unlimited complimentary two types of iced tea and cookies, surely most hotels doesn't provide this. I slept peacefully day as well as night as the environment is always very quiet inside and around the hotel. I love the bed coz it's specially comfortable. I had my dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, it was all a few seafood dishes, i must say that the Chef truly emphasizes on quality and visual/presentation. After dinner my 4 friends and i went for karaoke which is right next to the hotel, very convenient indeed. I came across Mr. Avi, the lobby manager, we chatted for a while, he told me that he has been serving in this hotel for the past 8 years. Wow! I've been to quite a few hotel in China, surely never came across a foreigner working for so long in a hotel. This guy speaks 6 different languages, including Chinese mandarin. I'll surely recommend this hotel to my friends who'll want to travel to Anji.

Although we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.
