The hotel advertises with their golf resort facilities. But as a cuatomer of the hotel the hotel has nothing to do with this golf park. We booked the hotel because of the large green area around the hotel where we wanted to have a walk. Instead we were sent to the main road by security guard. The main road for walk sorry. Further more the western restaurant was closed. Make that information available. The other restaurant was not very good. Im a professional traveler over Europe Africa Middle East and all over Asia

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

What a wonderful place! We came from Shanghai to have a quiet getaway the hotel exceeded all expectations: clean, green, quiet. So quiet!!! You can only hear frogs and ducks. We stayed in the little round hut for 3 nights and it was worth every penny. In 3 days we never left the hotel territory, there aren’t many rooms, but the territory is quite big and you can do pretty much anything - hike tea terraces, do yoga or taichi, play mahjong, chill by the pool. That’s pretty much all we did - stay by the pool, read books, listen to the frogs and ducks. I can’t describe how pleased I was with the pool and top of the cherry - it was just the two of us, so many nice pictures. The food in the restaurant is delicious, lots of local food, portions are huge! I think the big bowl of noodles is enough to feed 6. Breakfast is quite simple and tasty - dumplings, baozi, porridge, cereal, toast, some seasonal veggies. As a bonus good coffee! I would like to thank the staff and hotel management for making our stay so enjoyable. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I would love to come back in a different season to see how the scenery changes and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to escape the city for a bit.

The hotel is located in the west of the city, just next to the hotel's main building. After arriving at the store, check in at the front desk. Receiving the room card and giving us tickets to Mantang, reminding us to see the lights at night. It's a pity that the itinerary was arranged and it didn't go to the place. There is also a pool table in the lobby for guests to entertain. After the check-in procedure, the front desk butler Xiao Xue enthusiastically took us to the other garden, and patiently introduced us to the room facilities. The iced mineral water in the refrigerator was simply great. The large suite with four bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms was super comfortable. Miss sister also recommended for us that Anji, which she sorted out by herself, is more worth going to the restaurant. Next time I come to their home, I will choose their home. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹
