這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是真消費才敢説真話不理解這一千八一晚的民宿會是這樣的服務一直拖延不解決問題房間衞生也不是很乾凈最讓人生氣的是羣裏除了我有五個人沒一個人出來解決問題到目前為止還是沒解決

#衞生整體就是臟亂差，地板不拖，黑乎乎的地，三樓垃圾不倒（上一個客人遺留的垃圾一大堆放在那裡真的給人噁心吐了🤮#服務一直詢問請求來阿姨給打掃打掃，來了之後還是沒打掃乾淨垃圾還是忘記倒，我真的不知道這服務怎麼這麼不負責任承諾的歡迎禮以及水也沒有，就反正不是少了東西就是沒有，缺這缺那，問就是説這是平台提供，他們酒店不負責提供，被逼無奈打電話給去哪兒網客服，結果酒店直接不承認這些所作所為#床被子也不套好，就一坨放在那個床上等我們自己套洗護也不給全，六個人衹有四套，這可是能住六人的別墅啊，兩個雙人間，一個雙床雙人間給四套洗護用品？總之就是特後悔訂了這家，無語至極，勸退系列，別去！

非常愉快的一次住宿，有求必應，服務熱情到位，性價比也超高，下次來還會入住。
