GreenTree Inn Properties in Suzhou

This hotel has a fantastic location, surrounded by a bustling snack street. The room was clean and tidy, the WiFi was fast, and the front desk lady was very efficient with check-in. The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast variety, but overall, the value for money was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is good, and it is convenient to eat nearby. I booked a single room and it was a bit crowded, which is understandable. But when I lifted the quilt, I saw two extremely long strands of Southern French hair under the quilt, which made me instantly feel sick. I called the front desk and a guy came up and took a look. He said that the cleaning staff was not attentive and pinched the hair away. Without any indication, even if you change a room for me or give me a breakfast coupon, I won’t care. Really disappointed, I will never stay there again! Also, the sewer in the bathroom is not smooth. After taking a shower for a few minutes, the floor of a room is full of water! So angry!

It's so wise to choose this hotel! After checking in, put your luggage, turn left at the hotel and the snack street is also close to the city. It is really convenient to go back to the hotel to rest quietly and comfortably when you are tired. It was particularly comfortable from the beginning of the door, the front desk staff was warm, the check-in efficiency was very high, and the hotel facilities and surrounding travel information were intimately reminded.
