The hotel looks nice and new at first glance, but if you look closely, the work is rushed and unfinished. The toilet was leaking, there are visible signs of sloppy work inside the room and around the hotel, the floor already has stains that does not mop away, and the chair armrest has several sharp corners/protrusions. Housekeeping service was unprofessional. The cleaning lady reprimanded me for making the toilet bowl (inside!) dirty and for using the hand towel at the table. She mopped the room floor after mopping the bathroom floor, with the same mop head. I moved from Jiang Jing to Fairfield for the location but ended up moving back to Jiang Jing.

Nearly a year after opening, the formaldehyde smell is still pungent, which is the biggest problem that investors and the brand should take seriously. I brought my 10-month-old baby, and I'm very particular about formaldehyde. After the staff explained the situation upon entering the room, they brought two air purifiers. I give their service full marks. It's worth mentioning that all the staff here have a very good and honest service attitude. However, formaldehyde does affect health and sleep, so I hope they take it seriously!

對於住酒店我是比較高要求的，這家良心推薦👍。配套設施齊全而且新，智能馬桶，衣櫥敞亮，落地穿衣鏡，還有桌上的綠植，每一個細節都很用心。非常乾淨衞生，客房面積大，重點是也安靜隔音，工作人員都是微笑服務，自助早餐意式咖啡我也很滿意，總之，下次去一定還是選它。
