And any semblance of privacy was shattered by the constant clamor of staff members loitering outside our door, their voices carrying through the thin walls.Even the promised snacks failed to meet expectations, further adding to our disillusionment. The outdated washroom, desperately in need of renovation, only served to compound our disappointment. The persistence of the staff in pushing for activities such as horse riding only heightened our suspicion that they were driven by ulterior motives, perhaps even receiving commissions for each booking made. Moreover, the unprofessional demeanor of the receptionist, Mr Rouf, left much to be desired, his lack of hospitality expertise casting a shadow over the entire experience.It's difficult not to question the authenticity of the positive reviews attributed to the hotel, especially considering the striking similarities in language and tone. The presence of fabricated accounts, presumably orchestrated by the ***agement, only serves to undermine the credibility of any genuine feedback. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disappointment. The gap between expectation and reality was vast, leaving us feeling deceived and disheartened.
