Good service food is very good hotel is very nice, u should to improve more like lift but besides it their are alot of fun in this hotel. We enjoyed here alot with my family and friends. Rooms food service front office every thing.

Unprofessional hotel staff.A very good example of a waste of money.😔 The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly ***aged.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs’ culinary skills are obvious judging from the positive feedback we received from the campers. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Stepping into what was advertised as an executive room at the hotel, one couldn't help but feel a profound sense of disappointment. The grand promises made by the hotel ***agement were starkly contrasted by the grim reality that greeted us upon arrival.Far from the luxurious accommodations we were led to expect, the room lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no complimentary water, cleanliness was sorely lacking, and the state of the washroom left much to be desired. To make matters worse, one of the taps didn't even dispense water—a fundamental necessity in any functioning hotel room.The linens provided were far from clean, betraying a disregard for hygiene standards. And any semblance of privacy was shattered by the constant clamor of staff members loitering outside our door, their voices carrying through the thin walls.Even the promised snacks failed to meet expectations, further adding to our disillusionment. The outdated washroom, desperately in need of renovation, only served to compound our disappointment. It was abundantly clear that the images presented online were a mere façade, carefully curated to deceive prospective guests. The persistence of the staff in pushing for activities such as horse riding only heightened our suspicion that they were driven by ulterior motives, perhaps even receiving commissions for each booking made. Moreover, the unprofessional demeanor of the receptionist, Mr Rouf, left much to be desired, his lack of hospitality expertise casting a shadow over the entire experience.It's difficult not to question the authenticity of the positive reviews attributed to the hotel, especially considering the striking similarities in language and tone. The presence of fabricated accounts, presumably orchestrated by the ***agement, only serves to undermine the credibility of any genuine feedback. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disappointment. The gap between expectation and reality was vast, leaving us feeling deceived and disheartened. It's imperative that the ***agement address these issues promptly if they hope to salvage their reputation and regain the trust of their guests. Until then, we cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others.

Best ever hotel in pahalgam recommended for every one they have ever best hospitality the staff is very polite they always take care of the guests. All the staff in toto is hotel aficionado particularly Mr. Rouf receptionist I very polite and helpful.

It was very excellent restaurant was very clean and food was delicious and rooms were also neat and clean and the place was very joyful we so we enjoyed a lot. Best stay ever at Hotel Pine Spring Pahalgam. Recommend fellows to have a stay at this Hotel.

In my opinion, rudeness is the absolute worst offense that falls under the service category. That’s because unlike the offenses above which sometimes simply happen due to unforeseen circumstances, there really is no excuse for being rude to a paying customer.Sometimes rudeness may come in a subtle form such as when a hotel staff member is coming off as condescending but other times it may be a flat out rude tone or verbal exchange. If you experience something like this you should expect to receive something in return.i would like to highlight few pointers which we experince in this hotel such as Poor Hygiene Standards in food/Lack of Maintenance/Unresponsive Staff/Noise Disturbances/Poor Security/Unsanitary Dining Conditions.we are ot going to think to coming back to this hotel ever again that includes not even recommending this to our fellow peoples.
