Date of stay: October 2025 Nights: 5 Room type: Suite (3 beds) It's about a 15-minute walk from the Disney parks. There's a Denny's and IHOP along the way, and Starbucks, CVS, and 7-Eleven are nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat. As for the area's safety, there were relatively many people around throughout the day, so I didn't feel intimidated. (This may vary from person to person, so I recommend using Uber or similar just to be safe.) I always buy snacks at the nearby CVS to give away as souvenirs (they're cheaper than at the airport or inside the parks). The hotel feels a bit dated in places, but the shower rooms have been renovated, and the refrigerator and microwave are new. There's an electric kettle and coffee maker in the lobby, so it was fine to bring pre-packaged meals from Japan! The hotel was cleaned daily, making for a comfortable stay! I recommend it for those who go to the parks every day and only stay at the hotel for sleeping!

Pros: It takes ten minutes to walk to the convention center. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Disney gate. It costs about $6 to take an Uber to Disneyland. The hotel allows early check-in, and we checked in and got the room card at 12 o'clock. The hotel's parking lot is free. Turn left and there are many restaurants within a ten-minute walk. Disadvantages: old facilities, poor hygiene, broken refrigerator, uncomfortable bed, and extremely high pillows.

The hotel has a good location and good service, but the facilities are too old and the hygiene is too poor.

Large insects appeared in the room on both days, which was a bit of a hassle. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel is just a motel, the room is not big, but it is clean. It's a single shower room and it's not convenient to turn around. It's on the roadside, so it's convenient to go to Disney. However, due to the poor sound insulation of the house, the noise is loud and quite noisy.
