So many bugs i found in the room. I would never choose this hotel again

Check in was smooth with very kind individuals at the front desk. The bathroom was not completely clean but the bed was comfy. No large complaints, pretty good value for the cost.

Staff is friendly easy check in. The doors are just thin you ca hear everything outside of your door in the parking lot when people are up and talking

I stayed in the family suite w my mother and daughter and it was very spacious! Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and tv all worked great. Easy to reach out to front office simply by texting them when i needed fresh towels etc. Overall was a great experience w very sweet staff. Room was clean and beds were comfy.. we did not take advantage of breakfast that im pretty sure was free every morning? Not 100% sure about that. About a 7 min walk to the convention center, so that was convenient.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked questions about getting to downtown Disney & he explained and made notes on a map for me.

Room was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised at all the amenities included. Such as a microwave! A lot of new hotels and big resorts don’t have those anymore or they are by request! The close proximity to everything also makes this a perfect destination.

Room was really spacious and clean has lots of walking distance food and close enough to walk to Disney.

As simple as the staff made our stay, sometimes how the staff treats you and provides top notch customer service get them 5 stars! Can beat the location too

The primary reason I chose your establishment was the prominent advertising of a complimentary breakfast, which was a major deciding factor for me when booking. I specifically sought out a hotel that offered this amenity, believing it would add value and convenience to my trip. Imagine my surprise and frustration when I discovered upon arrival that breakfast was not, in fact included. This directly contradicted the information presented during my booking process. Such false advertising is incredibly misleading and had a negative impact on my overall experience. Had I known that complimentary breakfast was not genuinely provided, I would have undoubtedly opted for a different hotel that genuinely offered the amenities advertised. This misrepresentation significantly affected my perception of your hotel's integrity and value.
