Perfect location to parks shuttle service was great too Rooms quiet clean and roomy very comfortable beds the pool was relaxing the Japanese restaurant was the bomb the chefs were great funny we enjoyed talking with them while they were creating some lovely sushi plates some of the best fresh authentic sushi I’ve ever had Only sushi place I know close to Disneyland This hotel has great value it’s family friendly we’ve stayed here several times and we highly recommend It. Love the location and the shuttle. Very helpful with my mother-in-law getting to and from the parks without having to walk extra. Also great for kids at the end of the night when we are all tired and worn out. Wonderful and helpful staff and both the hotel and shuttle. Many times the driver helped my hubby with the stroller. Rooms were spacious and felt like home.Such a nice place we can't wait to come back in December.

Didn’t specified what time was the check in they keep saying will call when your room is ready .. got there at 11 am and waited for an 1 hour and half and after 2 hours of waiting and calling every 30 min they told me checked in was at 4 pm .. they didn’t give me the wifi passcode or they didn’t give me a sheet with information about the hours of services for food or the amenities of the hotel.

The hotel is near Disney, and the hotel's exclusive shuttle bus can be reached in 5 minutes. The internal facilities are comfortable and tidy, very satisfied.

There's not a single kind of kindness. I left my things there and came back. I got a call from the hotel that I found them, and I'm going to pick them up again. It took me an hour to receive it. It fully reflected my lazy and not caring about my own business.

The hotel is very large, very quiet, and the environment is very beautiful. The back door of the room opens directly into the garden. The room facilities are relatively old, but I still like it here. I have stayed for several days, especially suitable for parents and children. Easy access to Disney, and watching the Disney fireworks show on the grass in the hotel garden was awesome.

I’ve always loved the hotel but they need to upgrade the suites on the 1st floor, beds were hard, sheets dirty pull out coach also we had to ask for clean sheets small bathroom no where to hang towels and not very clean. We had to ask for new towels every night since there was no where to hang them. No outlets in bedroom to plug in phones or anything else had to use an extension cord that had the light plug in.

I love this resort. It has everything we need and is an amazing location! The free shuttle to Disneyland is wonderful!

Really cute property with cute outside area. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that they had a shuttle to Disneyland. The breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint was the waffles and pancakes weren’t that great, but could be due to them sitting in a warmer. But they had a nice selection of other items both hot and cold to choose from.

I don't want to say too much here, but we always love to stay here when we go to Disneyland. A perfect place. location, shuttle, a little store inside with snacks, food, coffee. great shuttle drivers, comfortable rooms. a classic Anaheim Hotel. If I say too much more people will go and the price will go up.

I am a gold member and was given a free upgrade at check in. It was not an upgrade at all! The room was filthy. The shower had a dirt ring, the shower head had mold and the shower curtain had black spots/dirt. The counters, desk, and dresser had smears (not sure what it was). The sheets had stains. I travel with Clorox wipes (i have little kids) so i cleaned the room before I let the kids use/touch anything. They do not do daily maid service so on our 3rd day as we were leaving to Disneyland I stoped by the front desk and and to have our trash emptied, more toilet paper and clean towels. I told them we will be at the park all day so the room will be empty. We got home from the park around 8ish and nothing was done. I called the desk to let them know, about 30 minutes later we got towels, no toilet paper (let’s be real that was the most important item with a family of 4) - and i just finally put the trash cans outside the door. It was now after 9pm and needed to get the kids to sleep. Parking is almost 30 dollars a day, so after paying 600+ for the dirty room and 100+ for parking we will be looking for other accommodations when going to Disneyland. We are season ticket holders and go once a month, and used to love this location with the shuttle. (We literally have stayed at this hotel over 10 times) - but with the rising fees, no daily maid service anymore it’s just not worth it.

Our stay here was for the closeness to Disneyland and the pictures made it look super magical. We stayed in the castle bunk bed. Make sure you figure out how to turn the lights off or you will be sleeping with lights on all night. The queen bed was pretty uncomfortable. So those things could do with an upgrade. The staff was nice and the food was good for an easy dinner. The convenience shop was super convenient (slightly over priced). Over all the stay was just fine for being close ish to Disneyland and the shuttle back and forth was great.

This was our second time staying at the Anaheim Majestic Garden. We loved the castle theming and the proximity to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Besides that everything was rather middle of the road. We had several worms in our room and all they did was move us to a second floor room. The staff wasn’t overly helpful or welcoming. Just really unimpressed by the place this time around. Also, we were in town for a convention and had previously stayed there for a convention that they provided a shuttle to. This was not offered this time even though we saw plenty of people staying there in town for the convention. More than likely we won’t be back.

Everything was wonderful. Except the beds and pillows. Need new of them all. Hard and kinda comfortable. Despite that, we will still stay again and bring our own pillows
