I recently stayed at a property and arrived early, but fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate me. The service was great and the 24-hour staffed reception made me feel secure and cared for during my stay. The beds were also very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. However, the view from the window wasn't great and some areas of the property were dated, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this property to others.

Great spot, however we had some noisy neighbors with lots of music and partying. Room and amenities were nicely laid out.

Hotel was in a good location for being just outside the city center (close to van gogh, rijkmuseum, grocery store, transit stops). Breakfast was decent, we had a problem with the room key which got resolved right away. Room was very small which is the standard for Amsterdam. Hotel Room bed sheets werent cleaned daily which was a dissapointment despite leaving the sign for "clean up". Cost for the room was good & would recommend for someone for a budget friendly & basic hotel close to amenities.

Perfect little hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Location is excellent. Has an elevator so you don’t have to worry about stairs and luggage. They have a small breakfast buffet available as well. If you prepay upon check in, you get a discount. Most of the guests during our stay were couples, older, or families, unlike other places with the rowdy younger crowd.

Great place to stay if visiting the museums in Amsterdam. It's older so there were little problems. The lift did not work when we left so had to lug our bags down several flights of stairs. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Neighbourhood of the hotel is lovely and the staff were always friendly. I think the nature of the building (old and wooden) it’s loud especially if your room is near the stairs. Hotel room was of average cleanliness, it was dusty and bedsheets stained.
