We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room is clean and cozy, while the size is perfect for 3 people travelling. The hotel is in a central location but also on a quiet street. Having a supermarket, multiple light rails station with walkable distance nearby were very convenient. We were pleased with the complimentary breakfast provided on our first morning as well. Definitely will stay here again next time. Good luck to the team also the trainee:)

The Holiday Inn next door offers better value for money, is more affordable, and includes breakfast. The breakfast here is quite ordinary and costs 25 euros per person.

It was a more than adequate hotel in a city that is easy to get around, but not in the heart of the noise/crowds so it was quiet at night to sleep

Perfect location. Not far from the city center and central station. The staff also gifted us a keychain while checking out.

came here for my boyfriends 21st. Hotel kindly provided bottle of cava but no upgrades, cards, decoration or anything else was done. Not even a cake with candle. Room provided us with 1l of water between us. We asked for more water in the room as most gold award hotels we have stayed in provide 2L minimum. We were then charged €12 for the extra water. Room was tiny compared to photos and I would not say it deserves a gold award. Location was excellent but that’s about it. Amenities very basic and small amounts of coffee and sugar in the room.
