It’s very rare to live in nature while you’re in the city. Well flamingo hotel in the KL did it! Super cozy and comfy room, plus complete amenities i’d say. My intention was just to relax my mind and havva me time. They had a very big lake, so serene. Glad that i chose to stay here. Breakfast wise, love that the omelette and sausages were cook freshly upon request. Oh yes their BBQ dinner was delish! Worth every penny. Anyways thank you Mr Bas for the great service during my 4 days stay. You and your staffs were so helpful and always make sure the foods were theree. This hotel was so cool but it’ll be more attractive if they can improve here and there. Would be nice if the receptionist can be more welcoming (?)

requested to change bedsheet because dirty n smelly, they do change it, very clean! the room is clean and spaciousss too! love it! definitely will be in my list!

1) Clean n cheap hotel at pandan Indah area. 2) breakfast : Very lousy. Very limited food. As buffet breakfast. But you can't eat as much as you can. Must follow their menu, which set by the restaurant. Set a.. B.. C.. D.. Etcs. Example, nasi lemak, chilli, egg, cucumber.. As set A. The drink, coffee n tea.. No taste. I hope the hotel should discontinued using next door restaurant. Lousy food. We stayed for 4 days, we need to collect the coupon daily from the counter. . So inconvenience. Their WiFi also, changed it everyday too. You need to request the password from counter. Very weird idea.. 3) make up room : after the make up, every night facing alot mosquitoes in the room. Kindly take note.. Room 217. 4) service : all that nights still OK..n happy to stay. The last night, we didn't request for make up room. Once we reached hotel. We Request new towel, mineral water, shampoo n body shower at counter. Facing to a good looking but rude attitude . Speak to him twice, he totally ignored us. Never answered yes or not. Moreover speak to him in bahasa Malaysia.. His face like zombie. No expression at all. We waited in the room about 20 minutes.. Till we have to intercom again to counter. But answering by malay lady. It took, less than 5 minutes, the stuffs arrived. After another 5 minutes, the lousy guy came with the stuff. We informed we got the stuffs already. He still showing the zombia face to us.. The hotel management should educate the employee since its service industry. 5) TV : not many channel. Unfortunately all the channels not clear at all. Oh my god.. So boring. How can this thing can be happened!! At this century.. Kindly take note. Fit it..!!!

Its good to be here again. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The convenience store and Qbistro below is a bonus while the price is cheap. Will come here again ofcourse.

lobby is atas kedai. ada lift. bilik ok je. bersih. tandas bersih. cuma cadar selimut tu tak berapa , maybe housekeeping lupa tukar. tuala okay tp nmpk tuala lama,blh nmpk dr kainnya. heater + aircond semua fx dgn baik. iron request kt counter, overal okey. bwh ni gmbr bilik no window. dalam bilik xde tea n coffee,air drinking je, sabun flavour kelapa ready dlm dispenser. ,no shampoo

We jz needed a place to sleep. Its a walk up shoplot jz above a mamak restaurant. Paid less thn rm100 for a decent room. Room was clean. Bath was spacious n clean. They had TV in d room but it wasn't functioning well. Towels,, water, soaps provided. The receptionist was okay. Really walking distance to ampang puteri hospital and ampang point.

The apartment is actually nice and new, the room is clean, and it is very convenient to get in and out, but it is basically similar to Airbnb-style self-service check-in, especially for Chinese citizens going abroad, it is a bit inconvenient. It is best to add a little humanized check-in convenience

Spacious room, free parking and a good attending staff for further assistance

Recently I stayed in this hotel. Paid RM98 for a Twin deluxe room (promo on weekday). Never expect too much, I used to stay in other budget hotels but none of them impress me much. Well, can't expect too much when I only pay a peanut. But KL Guest has surprised me a lot. Not only the design, but also the comfort of the room. Not big but spacious enough for 2 people with extra space for luggage. Location is a plus too, many eateries around. Even in the mid night after meeting, I still can fill up my stomach with good food. Travel to my office is nearby too, just 5mins to KLCC. Good job.
