Need to improve the service.. i need to call receptionist for c/in and c/out.. have hairdryer and iron if needed..

The staff was very helpful, friendly even there was a technical problem before checked in. The hotel is nearby a shopping mall, many restaurant etc. The aircond is in good condition. Can hear voice from inside the room. Not many tv channel. The toilet just so...so. Value for money overall.
